Hyland Home Services cleaned our gutters last year and we reached out to them again to do so this year. They got right back to us, honored the same price as the previous year and set up the appointment. We weren't home when they performed the service but they left us a receipt and everything was totally done to our satisfaction. Will definitely use them again

The service went well. The staff did an adequate job. One technician came out for the job and completed the service in about 20 minutes. They made sure to clean the front and back gutters. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

I love him! He is fabulous. Except the fact that the gutters have been cleaned, you will have no idea that he has been there. He's great. I just can't tell you how great he is. My husband was trying to carouse a massive amount of leaks and Mr. Hyland actually helped him.

Everything went well. Jim Hyland responds quickly to my questions and requests on Angie's List. He honored the Angie's Deal coupon I purchased last year for gutter cleaning service. He is professional, courteous and conscientious. His schedule was a bit overbooked because of snow. He informed me that it would be 3-4 weeks before he could come out because of the snow days. However, he was able to work me in earlier than he projected. He notified me before he came over and checked to see if I was home. It was not necessary for me to be home - he said he would leave me an invoice and receipt of service if I could not be home when they stopped by. It took him about 45 minutes to complete the job on my town home, and he cleaned up around the perimeter before leaving. He has been very reliable both times I have used his gutter cleaning service and I will use Hyland Home Services again.

It turned out great. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. One guy came out and did the whole thing. The guy was very personable. It was done quickly. He was just very nice. It was great. We will call him again. The reason I would recommend him is because the job was excellent.

They are all As. We would use them again in future.

It took about two hours. No unexpected issues.

They completed the work when I was not here. There was a little evidence of debris and leaves around the back of my house. I called them and they were able to confirm they had come out and cleaned the gutters. They may have given me an estimated time or date, but I can’t recall if they had given me an actual appointment date. Because the service is gutter cleaning, I couldn’t really get up into the gutters to check the quality. However, it did look like there was still some debris in the lower hanging gutters in my garage still.

The service was good, and we liked the guy. We were very pleased with the product, the painter was very good, he was fast, and they were prompt. We have no complaints. The purchase price was $200 and there was no additional cost. He wasn't able to finish because of the time limit, but he almost finished the two rooms, there was one wall left for a 2nd quote. I wouldn't complain about that, because it was within the perimeters of what we purchased.

Mr. Hyland and I setup service last weekend and the winter weather delayed scheduling for the week. Mr. Hyland called on a Saturday to schedule for Sunday. Mr. Hyland called Sunday while en route and completed the work himself. He was very professional, very courteous and managed the job efficiently. He cleaned up when he was done including removing leaves, some quantity of composted leaf debris, and washing off areas of the home that were messy with water that had remained in the gutter. He was apologetic for not being able to complete the service sooner but it was not an issue - I expected the delay given the conditions. He was also concerned about fairness and was willing to honor the $99 quote I received online which was not aware of the 3rd gutter on my home. I'm very pleased with the service. Given the professionalism, quality of work, and reasonable price of the service, I intend to contact Mr. Hyland again for future service when needed.

Hyland Home Services did a great job cleaning my gutters. Scheduling was very easy, just a call to be added to the cleaning list to have the gutters cleaned within 7-10 days. I did not have to be home for the service and the price was very reasonable. The gutters were cleaned within 5 days of my first call, they were quick, professional and removed all debris. This was a great find on Angie's List and I will definitely use them again.

Mr. Jim Hyland and his team did an excellent job. They were timely and professional. In addition, they were very patient and understanding during the entire process. Our home required a good amount of wood repair and Hyland Home Services was careful to replace only those parts that needed it. Their work site was clean and organized. Mr. Jim Hyland followed - up every step of the way to keep us informed of their progress. I would definitely hire Hyland Home Services Again. In fact, I already recommended them to one of my neighbors.

As in the past the job was done very well. This time Mr. Hyland came while were home, unexpectedly early and on a Saturday or Sunday (can't recall which) to boot. He did an excellent job and managed to help my husband out with cleaning up the yard! I plan on using Mr Hyland exclusively for this task in the future. I also really appreciate that they are willing to do the job even if I'm not at home.

I couldn't say enough good things about Mr. Hyland - knows what he is doing, does it well, provides great service, and very personable and honest. Was able to diagnose a problem with the gutter that was leaking and affecting the structure of my house (other companies weren't able to find the problem.) If I could give them an A+, I would.

The big deal was $99 for a gutter cleaning. They had a disclaimer that they were busy, and so they wanted us to schedule it, and they would come and do it. The issue that I had with them was that they did everything behind the scene. They said they would schedule it and do the work, and I called them to find out when they were going to do the work. They told me that they had already provided the service on a certain date, and I asked them what they did. They said that if I wanted to know when they came out and what they did, I should have requested that. They claim they came on my property, and I can't really know if they did the job or not. I have a copy of all the communication. I would not use them again.

Mr. Hyland and his son did a very good job cleaning my gutters--to include gutters on a separate garage. They arrived on time, were very cordial and professional, cleaned up all debris, and departed without delay. The cost of their service was quite reasonable, considering the size of the house and separate garage. I couldn't be happier with this business transaction and will use their service in the future. They did a very good job. I was not there when they came and did it because I was outside and I was working. They came on the day that they said they were going to come. They cleaned them. They took care of the problem that I was having. They were there when they said they were going to be there because my neighbor told me. Everything was clean. They were timely. They left my property the way that they found it minus the debris in the gutters.

The Hyland Home Services special offer was for picking up leaves in the street. When Jim Hyland arrived, the leaves were still on the lawn. I hired him to blow the leaves to the curb and take them away. He did so for a very reasonable price, and he did a careful, thorough job. He was very courteous. I would recommend without qualification.
