Went great! Left him a message to get on his list he came. Within the week left me a phone message when he would be out and painted out a roof issue. Did not leave a mess.

His solution was a lot cheaper than other options I considered. While the repair is not as exhaustive as those other options I considered I am glad I went with him and saved some money. He was professional and responded quickly.

Mr. Hyland was on time, reasonably priced & a swift worker. Also spotted roof damage & told us!

Jim Hyland and his crew were excellent. Showed up on time. Did what I had called them to do and also other things I asked them to do after they showed up. Jim inspected the condition of my roof and I trust his answer as he told me that it was in great condition when all of my neighbors were doing roof replacements through insurance due to a hail storm earlier in the year. He could have tried to sell me a new roof but did not! Honesty...can't beat it.

Jim and his staff (I believe this company is family owned) did an excellent job and they get my highest recommendation for gutter cleaning services! If my wife had not seen them during the cleaning day, we'd never know they had been on the roof/ladders to clean the gutters or meticulously been through the landscaping and yard cleaning up the debris. Here's the bottom line in two points: 1) I'm too old to be playing "Clark Griswold balancing a ladder" trying to clean a house full of gutters, and 2) don't wait until the next storm to realize you need a gutter cleaning. Schedule in advance (he may have a 10-14 day wait period due to high seasonal workload) and ask Jim what he recommends. Post-falling leaves late Fall, early Spring before the April showers, or mid-summer before NoVA thunderstorms...anytime is a good time to clean your gutters and prevent yard flooding, landscape damage, and basement problems. Again, I highly recommend Hyland Home Services!!!!

We used Jim in the past for gutter cleaning and was very satisfied with his service. We are equally impressed with the power washing and sealing that he performed; could not be happier. The house looks like the siding was installed yesterday instead of nearly seven years ago.

Mr. Hyland was fantastic, professional, and courteous. He returned the voicemail I left the same day with all the specifics: cost and a possible date for service. He expected that he would be at our home within 7 days but actually came within 5 days. He called the night before the service and gave me a two hour window. He arrived within the window, introduced himself and got to work. I will definitely use his service again for power washing and additional gutter cleanings/service.

Second time to use Hyland Home Services-had found them on AL. They do excellent work at a reasonable price, and Mr. Hyland is very pleasant to deal with.

They have done work on my home in the pat so I was confident the quality of work. Cleaned my deck in one day but because of a pending storm, chose to come back 2 days later to seal the deck (allows sealant to dry before rain). He also took a look at a leaky window while here.

We have a townhome, two levels in the front and three in the back. We had a blockage in the downspout in the back. Very nice man to work with. Responded to call and emails in a timely manner. Arrived on time and did the job quickly. Let me know what he found, and that the blockage was fixed. Was glad to answer questions. Will use again in the fall.

Perfect! Mr Hyland has helped us with our gutters and some pressure washing as needed, twice a year for the last 3 years. We are renters and our gutters are exposed to heavy leaf fall every year. We found him on Angie's List, and have stayed with him ever since, because his services are exceptional. Our rented home is in need of new gutters and some roofing work, but the landlords have been reluctant to perform these repairs. Despite this, Mr Hyland has been very helpful to maintain the gutters and keep us compliant with our lease. Due to weather, he works on a sliding schedule, but we've never had to worry if we weren't home. He always performs excellent service and leaves an invoice to mail the payment! This is very convenient when many companies require you to be present for the service. We are moving in a few months, and I will highly recommend his services to the tenants who come after us. If you are in need of the services his company provides, I highly recommend them for their professionalism, prompt service and reasonable rates!

Hyland Home Services has cleaned our gutters several times. We have also had them do some minor roof repairs and power washing. They always do an excellent job. When we need gutter cleaning, we leave a message, and they put us on their list and get to us as soon as they can. They are busy, so sometimes it takes a few weeks. When we had a leak in our roof they came right out and fixed it. They really are an excellent company.
