I have been using them for over a yearnow for our business or property management. Great job & very professional.

Since it was in the middle of winter when I hired Hyland I knew they couldn't give me an exact date to do the job. When it was my turn on their list of jobs and the weather cooperated, they called me the day before to say when they would be there. I thought they did a very good job. The roof was spotless and so were the gutters that I could see. Hyland didn't leave a mess on the ground either. Yes, I would hire them again.

2nd time using them and will do again.

Jim was very professional. He arrived on time and got right to work. He cleaned the gutters and removed the old gutter guards. When he saw that they had been nailed on he filled in all the nail holes. He did everything he said he would do and more and the price was very reasonable. We would definitely hire him again.

Jim came to house to give estimate. Was friendly, answered my questions. Was knowledgeable. Time was set for work which was performed superbly. Area around Louie was cleaned. Highly recommend!

Called on Sunday 1/23 and left a message. Call was returned on Monday 1/24, and I was told work would be completed within 7 to 10 days. On Saturday 2/4 (12 days later) I called again because the work had not yet been performed. I was called back within minutes and told it would be completed on Monday 2/6. Since I cannot see into my gutters on my three story town home, I'm assuming the job was performed correctly and completely on Monday because the bill was left in my door that day. I don't have a point of reference to know whether $99 is good or not. Other than not meeting the original commitment of 7 to 10 days, I was fully satisfied.

This is my second review to amend my first. I wouldn't recommend them at all. All you have to do is read their responses to the complaints. They are rude, insulting and slanderous. I left a FAIR review based on a TRUE experience. And they have the audacity to say I was inconsiderate because there was dog **** in my yard. What the **** are you doing walking all around 2 acres off my yard to clean gutters. Also I'm just upset at the lack of professionalism and the rudeness. In hindsight I should have told them to forget it. And to the inconsiderate moron who said I was inconsiderate for not picking up my dogs crap, I can only say too bad you didn't step in it. That would have summed up my feelings about your customer service.

The guys were very professional. They kept us well informed on scheduling. They worked quickly and cleaned up the surrounding walkways and deck. They also replaced some floodlight bulbs for us. I will be saving their contact info.

I hired Hyland Home Services from their coupon on Angies List due to their good ratings. I think everything went well, the only item that I wished had happened was I wish they had called me to schedule the day & time they came by so I could see the work that they did. They e-mailed me, but did not call, and came on a day when I was at work. Everything looks like it was done well and we have not had any issues with our gutters this winter.

Our gutters were cleared of leaves before winter set in and they worked carefully and didn't leave any mess behind. Great job and would definitely use them again.

We were very satisfied with the service provided by Hyland. We had lots of difficulty finding a company that services our area with curb-side leaf vacuuming, and Hyland turned to be responsive and flexible and did an excellent job getting the remaining leaves out of our front yard. We will definitely use them again next year!

They were efficient and prompt. We had the service scheduled for a Thursday but they came a day early to get ahead of bad weather. We appreciated that.

They did a good job cleaning our gutters, but they should have been upfront with us about the additional cost before proceeding with the job. We were home at the time of the service. We thought it would cost $99, but he charged us $165 because he later informed us about the additional charge for the gutters on our porch and on our small addition. (Our home including the addition is only approximately 1,800 sq. feet.) Hyland is by far the most expensive we've paid for gutter cleaning, and we get it done annually or semi-annually. We typically pay $100.

Scheduled right away. Came out while we were at work. Cleaned all the gutters & cleaned up like they were never there.

After researching gutter cleaning firms on Angie's List, I called Hyland Home Services. The owner, Jim Hyland, answered, and he was very professional and thorough in explaining their services. He also took the time to answer all my questions. Per my request, they came to the front door to notify my wife of their arrival on the day and time we scheduled. She told me that they were prompt and polite. I also asked them to report any roof or gutter damage that requires repairs. They left a message telling me that everything is in good shape. Finally, I asked them to detach a drainage hose from one of the down-spouts and to reattach it after they were finished, which they did, as well. All in all, this was a very good experience!

I selected a range of service dates at least a week from date of purchase. However, a Hyland rep contacted me within 3 days to offer an early date, i.e. within the same week of purchase. The rep told me that no one needed to be home and that they would leave the receipt on the door. I was home, but working on a project for work when the team arrived. These guys rang the doorbell to let me know they were here and immediately went to work. They were quick, thorough and made repairs to my gutter at no additional cost! And true to the rep's word, they left the receipt with a thank you card on my door and gone in a flash! One of my best service experiences in terms of ease of purchase, value and quality of work! I will definitely use Hyland again and recommend them to people living in their service area!

I would absolutely use Hyland again. I called on a Sunday and they were able to come out on Monday. Very prompt. By the time all the leaves were removed from the curb one could not tell that there were even piles of leaves there! Very impressed! Thank you so much!
