Description of Work: Quarterly treatment spraying for bugs and setting/checking traps for rodents. Have had continuous quarterly service for 2 years, and still have evidence of mice. They did agree to check the traps more frequently to replace depleted poison cubes in traps since we continue to have mice after two years of service.

Description of Work: Very disappointed in just about all aspects of their service. I paid over $800 for them to find and remove squirrels from our attic. They didn't show up when they were scheduled and most times when they did they were unsure of what to do.

+ -1 moreTHEY DO A DESCENT JOB, BUT WE ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED. THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE HELPING CONTROL OUR MICE PROBLEM AND WE STILL HAVE THEM. ALSO THEY HAVE YOUNG PEOPLE WORKING FOR THEM AND THEY ARE NOT AS PROFESSIONAL AS THEY SHOULD BE AT TIMES.
