Havertys Furniture

We are selling our condo and moving to another state. We needed a piece of furniture in the condo for staging (that would later go to NC) and furniture in NC. Delivery dates were critical. Haverty's understood our situation and worked every possible way to accommodate us. The cost of the furniture was minimal compared to the time their staff (a shout-out to Richard) put into making it come together. Although this was one part of a complicated situation for us, Haverty's made it a lot easier for us to position our condo for sale.

Delivery of the sofa went well. When I called to complain about the sofa, I was told that furniture was only returnable in the first 3 days, which I had not been informed about. They asked if I had pictures (which I did) and sent me a form to fill out via e-mail. The file was unable to upload photos, so a representative had to come to my house to look at the couch. I specifically requested that the representative show up after 3 pm when I was available. Unfortunately, he showed up at 10:20 and spoke to a babysitter. He fluffed the couch cushions and said they were fine. Unfortunately, I do not believe that a brand new couch should have to be fluffed. The cushions are misshapen and I requested that they be replaced. Haverty's denied my request, so I am not stuck with an expensive couch that looks horrible.

It was an unsuccessful visit given that they didn't have anything that worked in our space.

I really like them. They have very excellent furniture.

I love them. We thought that they would be expensive, but they were very reasonable. They broke out door when they delivered the furniture and they were fast in fixing it. I did not take it seriously but they sent a person the next itself and got it fixed.

Excellent. Rosemary was so patient with us that we left the store with a new sofa that is the perfect fit for our room. We spent a lot of time in the store but Rosemary never gave up on us and she was never pushy or impatient. We were able to buy a floor model and the manager gave us a good sale price so we left the store very happy. We had a great experience and highly recommend this store, and especially Rosemary.
