Recently I was very pleased when he replaced a commode. I had checked with 2 big box stores and been told that I would have to do a special order for that size item. Tom measured the old one and told me he had found 2 types that would fit. I went with him and purchased one and it did indeed fit. That saved me over $100 dollars. There were two places with outside rotted wood. Around one side of a sliding glass door he replaced the wood and painted it. At the other place he fashioned a metal cover for the frame of a window since it would have involved tearing out the old one. That would have been a major unnecessary expense. This frame also is angled so water will drain away from the house preventing further damage. In November I had him install Ground Circuit Interrupters to bring my kitchen up to code. In December Tom replaced the outlets and switch plates in the living room since they had been painted over many times. At the same time I had him hang a heavy mirror. I have called on him in the past to install new bathroom fixtures and medicine cabinets as well as drapery hardware. Usually I wait until I have several things I want done and then I call on him to do them all in one visit. I have been very pleased with Tom's accurate estimates and careful professional work.

I was happy with them. There was one person I really liked. I was happy with the quality of their work.

I had a great experience, He did a fantastic job and was very nice to work with, he made me feel comfortable. He is very experienced, I would highly recommend him. to anyone. He was timely and I felt the quality of his work and everything he did was well worth the cost, I think the cost was very reasonable. I will hire him for all my future projects, I am making a list!

His hourly charges are reasonable. He is reliable and always shows up on time. He is knowledgeable and trustworthy as well.

He did an excellent job with the toilet job, fast and clean. With the roof however, it did leak again after a rain, but on the positive side he is coming back to follow up willingly.

The worker was on time the two days he was there. The drywall work was very professionally done. He had the window in very quickly and asked if we wanted the outside trim around the window the same as the rest of the windows on the house. He was always on time and cleaned up everything before he left.

They were responsive to my email and gave me an estimate of how much time they thought it would take (they charge by the hour). The man who came out was pretty unprofessional though. He took frequent breaks to smoke and to get stuff out of his van. I told them on the phone they had to access the ceiling by the attic just above my unit, but the worker came without a ladder or a flashlight. He had to go to Home Depot to buy a ladder and I had to provide a flashlight. By the time he had finished (over 3 hours), there was a small chunk out of my ceiling, he dropped the light fixture on my soap dish on the wall and broke it and also broke a light bulb. I didn't have the correct light bulbs, so I wasn't able to test it until later and the light did NOT WORK. The fixture was also wobbly. Someone came out the next day to fix the light and replace the soap dish that doesn't match the old one, because it's "too vintage to match". Everything now works, but I would not use these people again.
