Mr. Kevin Hammond is the worst "professional" I have ever dealt with. Mr. Hammond was paid 50% up front to retain his services for a patio remodel. While the material for the project was delivered on time, Mr. Hammond never returned to begin the job. We discovered (through text message only) that he later experienced an injury which mysteriously turned into an out of state funeral. Things only got worse from there. Mr. Hammond refused to have the decency to return our phone calls, instead only replying twice by text message. The first message indicated he would come by to return our money, which he did not. The second message indicated he refused to return our money in person, only $1000 via bank transfer and then the remaining $1500 once the materials he ordered were returned. I cannot tell you how much time we have waisted on a relatively simple project. We gave Mr. Hammond the benefit of the doubt upfront; however, his unprofessionalism since has been unbelievable. Whatever you do, do not hire him to even cut your lawn. He cannot be trusted.

It went great! They worked so hard and everything turned out beautiful.

Our neighbor had Hammonds Landscape come out to put sod on their front lawn. Hammonds did such a great job that we decided to call them to quote us a price for landscaping and putting out sod on our backyard. Kevin came by the house, reviewed with us what we wanted to have done, took some measurements and discussed options. The price he quoted seemed reasonable and he provided great suggestions on layout and brick type that we hadn’t considered. We decided to have sod put in, brick walkways, and a flower garden. We also decided to have him bury our irrigation pipes. Kevin returned with a contract that detailed the work. He answered all of our questions and we scheduled the work to be done. When the day arrived for the work, Kevin and his team arrived promptly and got down to work. The workers worked quickly and efficiently. Their work was professional and our backyard looks better than we had hoped. Kevin also offered a year warranty on the plants he put in. Kevin was wonderful to work with. We would definitely call Kevin again if we needed additional work on the backyard.

The project went well. From the sales process all the delivering the project was executed with a high level professionalism and craftsmanship. Kevin is an extremely patient person. He worked with my wife ensuring she understood all of her options. Kevin accompanied us to the Stone Center in Manassas on a Saturday morning and again walked my wife through each of options on materials. The materials and team arrived as when scheduled, cleaned up after themselves each day and at the end of the project ensured our area was clean. We were very pleased the work the team did.
