Joe was great to deal with

Jeff is very knowledgeable and blunt. He will let you know what can be done and what would be a stretch to do. It's not some type of "magic" or trade secret to him, it's work and he will provide options. He's there when he says he'll be there and he does leverage his associates/people he knows for things outside of the job to provide information. His crew worked hard and kept at it, not lolly-gagging about and they got the job done in the time required. On time and within budget, that's what we needed. I do believe that he's the type of guy I can call and just ask a question and he would tell me what he thinks or knows and not waste my time by trying to sell me.

The guys who did the work were friendly, hard workers who got the job done in a reasonable amount of time considering that the weather kept getting in the way. Quality of work appears to be good, but I always like to wait a while to see that things hold up over time.

Joe was great! He showed up the same day and was super professional and knowledgeable. He did a roof tune up and repaired some shingles that were curled up. The price was reasonable and he was super fast. I had tried for a couple weeks to get other roofers to come out but no one seemed interested in my project since I didn't need a whole new roof. Will definitely be calling Joe in the future!

Joe and Cody were faultlessly professional and punctual, and I am supremely please with their work. I have had several other contractors try to solve the problem of water infiltrating into my home during storms or even minor rains. This problem had been going on for years, these two gentlemen solved it on the first try. There have been several big storms since they came to do the work, there has not even a hint of water coming in. They also did some work water proofing my windows, remounted and painting shutters, looks fantastic. I look forward to Hiring these two fantastic guys again. The Only way I could be happier is if they had paid me for the opportunity to do work on my house.

Joe and Cody showed up at the time of the appointment to give an estimate for some minor roof repairs. He gave me a very reasonable price and was able to begin the work immediately as he had all of the materials on his truck. Once he completed his work, he sent me pictures of all the areas to show the work was completed correctly. They were prompt, courteous, efficient, and thorough.

Awesome. Joe came out the day I requested service online and surveyed my roof. I had been told by another contractor the roof needed to be replaced. Joe thought otherwise. When he came to do an inside inspection, he verified there was no water damage or leaks. He then repaired external roof problems and showed my before and after pictures. He is an asset to the company. I appreciated his honest assessment, fast service, and friendly demeanor. Thanks Joe!

Joe Belcher and his assistantis a terrific worker. He promptly came - unlike a whole bunch of other roofing contractors who simply would not come to assess a small project (replacing 2-3 squares of missing shingles). His estimate was within my price range and he completed the work on time.

I had called several roof repair companies and NO ONE except Joe from Greenacre Plumbing returned my calls. He called on Tues and our roof repairs were done on Thurs!! As we talked we learned of all the other repairs he does so we got our gutters cleaned & made plans for him to do other jobs in the near future. Joe & Cody arrived on time and promptly started to work and cleaned up as well. We were very glad to see there are still honest, hardworking handymen around! You have to be very specific on what you want. They did clean and good on the bath tub in a very short time.
