GMP Dumpster Rental and Full Service Junk Removal

The work was excellent. They came on time and got the work done quickly.

I called Christopher and within 4 hours he had a dumpster in my driveway. He was back to pick it up before 9am the next morning. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend.

It went very well. Christopher Quincer is very professional and has a very good business going. For this service to be a good fit for you, there are a few things to keep in mind: GMP is largely a "hauling" company. They are VERY convenient because they will either take stuff you have prestaged into one area like a garage, or they will do all the work of walking around and gathering the items you indicate from your house/property. They are very careful, solicitous and professional. Obviously, they charge less if your items are prestaged. They charge more than a typical hauling company because they actually sort your items and give what they can to a homeless shelter they work with, and give the rest to a source that uses the "junk" for renewable energy. So, rather than sending your stuff to a dump, it IS being used in some way. All in all, we were willing pay for this service because of the volume of stuff we needed removed, and because we felt better about where it was going. So why a B and not an A? My only reservations about this company are that the price is quite high (I know what it covers, but it is still high) and that they don't donate as much as they could. The price I show below is for about 3/4 of a large truck prestaged by me. It would be great if they worked with a few more organizations (Salvation Army, childcare facilities, housing for the homeless) so that more items like the furniture that's in good condition could be donated. I feel that about 1/2 what COULD have been donated actually was because many items were not appropriate for a homeless shelter which I believe, is the only place they work with. Unfortunately, I just didn't have time to donate those items to other places myself.

Christopher and his team did an outstanding job with hauling away a pile of lumber left over from the demolition of a small deck. Since I actually had more material to get rid of than what I initially bought they were very flexible and worked with me on coming up with a reasonable price over the already steeply discounted Angie's list offer. They also worked to accommodate my schedule and communicated well throughout the process. I would definitely hire again.

It was fine but it ended up costing me more money than I expected. It was fine. They were very professional and very good. I had more junk than what the deal was worth but the service was great. It was good. He was a very nice guy. They should be clear about estimating the amount of junk you have. They did have trouble scheduling but once they got it done, it was fine. We had to reschedule.

Great. GMP Dumpster provided the requested service in a professional manner. I would use them again.

They were good but I got confused on the cost. I thought the $119 for the deal took care of everything, but they said it went over a certain amount so I had to pay them all this other money. I didn't like that part. I think that they could have explained to me when they first came on what the cost was going to be at a certain level on their truck. They didn't explain until after everything was on the truck. They took a picture of the truck and sent it to their supervisor and he told them what it would cost. The people were nice and everything, but they should have explained. They even left and come back and said our boss said the cost was more. He said if I didn't pay that, they would have to unload it and put it back. They had two women and one old guy and the women couldn't do what a man could have done. It was kinda sad because he was just there. He helped some but it wasn't right. I called them beforehand to see if they were still coming and they didn't even have me scheduled. But they came back and said ok, but if I hadn't called they wouldn't have come. It was tacky.

Our experience with Christopher Quincer was a very pleasant one. He was very kind and professional. His arrival time was late but he called and let us know that he would be delayed. He arrived alone and did a great job. I would definitely hire him again. Nothing but praise for Mr. Quincer.

Had issues with the original appointment which was postponed, but the second time was the charm. After calling to confirm arrival time, Christopher (owner) and two others came out in a big haul-away rig and got right down to business. I liked that Christopher was on site and took the time to walk through to see everything that needed to be done. The labor crew was careful not to damage anything and took their time to moving past some of the tight-fitting areas that needed negotiating to get the furniture out. Everyone was professional, and Christopher was personable. The price for the job was at least $50 less than other bids I had received.

Christopher was very communicative. I set up the initial appointment online for a day not long after I'd purchased the deal, and I received a confirmation call or email (I can't remember which). On the day of the pickup, he was running late and called and texted me twice with updated ETAs. Once he was here, he continued to be exceedingly friendly and professional. He quickly removed the pile from our backyard down our flight of concrete stairs to his truck and trailer on the street. All and all, it was a great deal and we'd certainly hire GMP again.

Christopher and his team of two arrived within the time slot he had provided to me. It helped a lot that they were able and willing to come on a Saturday morning. They quickly removed the two large piles, and had me inspect the areas to make sure I was satisfied. Christoper was very professional and cordial, and his crew was very efficient. I highly recommend them and will use GMP again when I have to have something hauled away.

Fabulous job! They were communicative, punctual, and really easy to work with.

The owner arrived with two workers and a truck and trailer. They more than had the capacity to move my items. Initially, I showed them which items needed to be removed. They then, after receiving guidance from the owner set to work. The items were all on the second floor and they were sensitive to not hitting the walls or ceiling. They did not. They worked quickly and efficiently. There was no need for clean up.

However, after they got here, they want to charge $299.00 extra for a few more items that they claim as extra.

They were scheduled to come out today between 12 -2 and never came. They didn't attempt to contact me.
