Description of Work: Gerber did the work well and on time. It took a while for him to schedule it with the tenants in the property, but that was partially the tenants' fault in not getting back with him. Once it was scheduled, he did the work on time and budget. Will use him again in the future.

+ -1 moreGerber was a true professional. Not only did he do the work as described but he also was able to take on other jobs last minute that we needed to have fixed. He was on time and did a great job laying the tile floor, fixing the ceiling and retiling the shower. I would and have used him again for other items around the house.
