These guys are beyond excellent. Not only they do a great job on painting & construction jobs but their customer service is above and beyond. They are also knowledge about many different type of business settings as well as residential settings. They are even willing and nice about helping us on unrelated matters. Truly, they do their job above and beyond from the beginning to the end! I really recommend for business or residential services.

Jeremy came out a couple of days after I first contacted him. We had used him seven years ago to clean up our prior house for sale. Jeremy assessed the damage and had a detailed estimate ready for the insurance company later that day. He was happy to come out when the insurance adjuster was doing his walk-through (twice!) and help negotiate the best settlement for me. After we finally got our insurance settlement, Jeremy and his team went to work. He wrapped and properly insulated the problem pipe, cleaned up mold that he found, repaired damaged drywall, baseboards, bathroom tile, doors and door frames. His team then repainted the walls and replaced the carpeting -- all the while moving and relocating our furniture. The repairs were completed in a little over a week and the basement looks better than before the pipe break.

My experience with Jeremy Frazier and the Frazier crew itself was nothing but positive. The only reason I have deducted a point in some categories is for the subcontracted carpenter, who made a lot of mistakes his first day on the job. Fortunately these were all fixable, and the Frazier folks took pains to make everything right. In the final analysis, my wife and I are very happy with their work - our roof and master bedroom look wonderful and the structure is again sound! I suspect we'll be doing more business as soon as we get some more money in our budget =)
