Great techs, very thorough.

They were professional and through.

They wore shoe covers, worked efficiently, showed me the amount of creosote that came out of the chimney and left it very clean. They even set up some of my wood inside, ready for a fire. I feel a great peace of mind now. The only thing I didn’t like was the strong smelling cleaner or perfume left behind. I had to air out the house for a few hours and burn a couple of days before it went away.

3 men came and spoke with me about my gutters and how I wanted them cleaned. They gave me a fair price, and proceeded to do the work immediately. I am picky about my gutters, and I felt comfortable with the knowledge and manner of the workers. A bonus was that they took away the several bags of leaves from the cleaning!

I hired them for a chimney inspection and if needed a chimney cleaning. They did a cleaning prior to inspecting the chimney and then charged me for both. Basically nothing came out when they cleaned it. Them they tried to charge me for other things but i felt i could not trust them so i did not get anythimg else done. I would not recommend this company to do any work.

They were not equipped to work on gas fireplace with a wall switch and wall blower switch. Both switches was not working. The fireplace wall switch would turn the fireplace, but it would not stay on.

We had not utilized our fireplace yet and really wanted to but since we purchase this home we had no idea what kind of fireplace it was. So the gentlemen that came to help me out explained everything regarding our fireplace. In the end, they inspected it and I had it cleaned just to be on the safe side. It wasn't too dirty is what the technician told me but I opted for the cleaning any way. Very courteous and professional!

After the first visit to inspect and sweep, the company recommended three pieces of additional work - a new damper, repointing of brickwork, and some exterior work on the chimney. I settled for the second two of these. On the follow-up visit to do the work, company reps admitted that the repointing was not needed. On the exterior work they recommended much more extensive repairs to the chimney, that were clearly needed. They admitted that the chimney had not been properly inspected on their first visit, or, indeed, inspected at all, except by the partial view from the ground. Very unsatisfactory. However, on the plus side, the work was done promptly and adequately. Still the whole affair was unsettling: the whole point of using Home Advisor is to find a company which will not try to con the customer with bogus or imperfect estimates for more work.

Gutter cleaning - not repair or installation.

They cleaned my chimney, inspected the fireplace and discussed repair options. They also educated me on some things I was doing wrong and told me that my chimney cap would likey need some work done in the next year or so. No hard sell which I appreciated.

Gave me a ballpark estimate range when I talked to them. For that I was very satisfied because my house has gutter helmets in the back and regular gutters in the front and sides. They did a thorough job and even checked the helmets to make working properly.
