I hired Finest to clean and inspect the fireplace in my new home. The liner was crumbling and the back wall of the firebox had a large crack. They rebuilt the back wall and installed a new stainless liner. The work was completed quickly for a great price, and the fireplace has kept me very warm this winter.

I had a roof leak from a backed-up gutter that caused some subfloor damage in a bedroom, so I was desperate to get the gutters cleaned ASAP. I texted them after hours on Monday, and they showed up the next day! Jamie started by asking me what my biggest concerns were, so he would know what to focus on. When he started the work, the first thing he did was to strap himself into an impressive safety harness. I liked his commitment to workplace safety! They finished the job in about an hour. He debriefed me and explained what his findings were. The cost was very reasonable, and I will definitely be a repeat customer. The level of professionalism and customer service were unparalleled. I hired them because the gas fireplace would not stay lit. They cleaned the inside of the fire box, relit the pilot, and told me the flame would not stay lit because there was something wrong with the electronics and they couldn't fix it. Two weeks later I hired a company that does gas fireplace installations. They recleaned the fire box (it needed it) and also cleaned the clogged orifice through which the gas feeds the flame. That's all that was wrong with it. If Finest Chimney Sweeps had cleaned that orifice for the $150 I paid, I would not have had to have the work redone properly for another $175.
