It was gutter cleaning, not repair.

They cracked my air conditioner cover without acknowledging their mistake. They also left debris all over the yard.

I actually had them for repairing brick on my chimney. They were ON TIME! Courteous and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. They did everything they said made great recommendations. I have already hired them for upcoming repairs that need to be completed. Very satisfied! I will look at the list of things they do anytime I need something done. I know I will get a fair and honest assessment with quality work.

Finest Chimney sweep booked a time with me and arrived on time and completed the work efficiently and also took the time to tell me about a problem with my roof (which I already knew about), but they went out of their way to be professional. The technician could have been better about customer service. When I asked him about a smoky smell that comes into the house every once in awhile, his response is that he was hired to do a cleaning and not an inspection and could not answer that. I would have to obviously pay more for that information. That, in my mind, is not very customer-oriented service.

We have trees close to our house so the gutters and downspout can easily clog. Not only did they hand clean the gutters, they rinsed them clean with a hose and water to ensure nothing was remaining in the gutters that might still clog them and prevent water draining. This will definitely be my "go to" company from now on.
