I informed the company that there were 2 fireplaces at my home and was quoted $150. After the men arrived I was told the price quoted was for each fireplace. They recommended an additional $1100 in repairs on the spot. I ended up only having 1 fireplace cleaned.

It's hard to rate the quality of work since it has not rained. The gutters and down spouts were cleaned out.

I would not recommend this company. I requested that the company clean the gutters on my house and reinstall the gutter screens properly. This was the agreement prior to allow the workers to perform services and this information was provided to HomeAdvisor when I requested services. Upon inspecting the “completed job”, I discovered that the gutter screens were not re-installed properly by the gentlemen. The gentlemen assigned to the job became argumentive with me when I respectfully requested that they go the extra mile to ensure the gutter screens were reinstalled properly. The gutter screens were gapped and didn’t provide protection to the gutters once the gentlemen cleaned the gutters. Unfortunetly, I had to climb on the roof to show the gentlemen that repositioning the gutter screens were a possibility to eliminate their excuses. At that point, they climbed back on the roof to properly reposition the gutter screens as required. I contacted the main office and reported the incident and the receptionist apologized for the “misunderstanding”. As a result of this incident, I’m skeptical that the gutters were cleaned properly. The manager of the company should ensure all employees understand the value of finishing the job from beginning to end. I would not recommend this company and I will not utilize their services in the future.

I had a difficult time finding a company that was willing to clean my gutters and downspouts on a 4 story townhouse and fix the nails that were coming loose! I have lived in this townhouse for 6 years and never had my gutters or down sprouts cleaned. They immediately responded to my request and schedule an appointment for the very next day. They showed up on time and did the work as requested. I thought the price was very fair. They even advised me that my roof needed repair and showed us the disconnected shingles. Clean up was done, you would never had known they were there! No leaves or dirt was left in the front or back of my townhouse. I could not have asked for any better service than that! I will definitely call them on a regular basis to clean my gutters in the future now that I have a company that I can trust and rely on! Thank you, Rita P
