I liked this company from start to finish. The lady that answered the phone and called me back was very polite and kind. And when Jimmy came out to repair our fireplace he was very knowledgeable in his profession. And he did a great job explaining to me and my husband the problem with the fireplace. He was not in a rush and he took his time with working on the fireplace and talked to us about different things concerning our fireplace. He was on time, I would recommend this company to everyone I come into contact with. And to top it off the price was great.

I hired them to perform a chimney sweep and the pro's showed up three hours later. They rushed through the cleaning and left a mess around my fireplace and did not bother to put things back. Since they were on site. i asked them to clean out my gutters. They cleaned my gutters and threw all the junk around my home. Very unprofessional would not be hiring them again.

Jackie was quick to set up the appointment for a cleaning and inspection later in the week. She also called when the crew was on the way. Jimmy and 2 others did a thorough job cleaning the chimney and gave us options for minor repairs. Thanks for the great service, friendly demeanor, and respectfulness.

There was water coming down the chimney from the crown and showing in my carport. The guys were able to quickly access the problem and recommend a rebuild. The repair was much more extensive then I had imagined but needed and they completed the job quickly and very professionally. Great workers and office staff.

Professional. Were able to do the work quickly— within 2 days of my call. Respectful of home.

I gave them a 3 for customer service because apparently they got a flat tire and did not advise the office until la couple hours later.. (My appointment was supposed to be at 11:00am) I had misplaced the number (my fault) However as soon as they notified the office a couple hours later, the girl called me immediately very apologetic to let me know what had occurred that they would be there later that day if it was okay. (they did show up) and cleaned the gutters that evening.

Very punctual, which is sometimes hard to find these days.
