I had called around to several contractors to get this work done and no one seems to know how to light a pilot light on a gas fireplace. Jimmy came to the rescue. He was so professional and knowledgeable. He went right to work and in no time he had resolved the issue, clean the area and had my fireplace looking brand spanking new. Needed to get my gas fireplace inspected quickly as I am selling my condo. I contacted Finest Chimney in the morning and they sent someone out right away. I was very happy that came out so quick and extremely happy with the service. The technician cleaned my gas fireplace and was able to get the fireplace started and working after not working for almost 10 years.

I needed my chimney repaired, so when Finest Chimney called I wanted them to do the job. I was glad I did. They came by gave me an estimate I accepted and got a start date. There were 3 men and all knew their job, no standing, always working. They did a fantastic job. I was very pleased and I do believe they cleaned somethings extra to make the chimney look great. Came during the time they promised. Worked quickly. Made recommendations for other issues they observed. Only concern was they recommended we add a bird cage for the duct opening for $165. Looked up the cost for buying one and the cages were under $35. Not sure exactly what the $165 would cover.

Very detailed technical explanation and thorough job done. They were able to expand to take care of the job as it became more complicated. They could have cleaned up better after the job became more complex with the replacement of an external filter. The trash is still there until I get around to it. Other than that - a great job and I'd use them again.
