Prompt, polite, clean....they did good work.

They came on time with a team of 3. Were very efficient in cleaning and inspecting the chimney. Definitely recommend and will use them again.

I scheduled for cleaning service with Jackie from Finest Chimney (FCS) Sweep. I received a price $95 for sweep inside the house and $135 if the work requires to go up in the roof. I agreed with the price and scheduled for Jan 14th. Jimmy from FCS came on time. He is knowledgeable of the work. He reviewed the fireplace and said his tool detects a gas leak and suggested might need the door gasket to be replaced. Then I was asked to pay for the Inspection. All this time, I thought it was part of the cleaning process since Jackie has never mentioned anything about 'Inspection' and it was never part of the agreement. I had the Washington GAS came to inspect the fireplace for gas leakage 2 times in the past. In both instances, they said there is NO leakage and recommended to have it cleaned up. And that was what I expected from FCS to do. Instead, I was charged $75 and I still smell gas on my 2nd floor - basically no changes except I wasted $75. I am very disappointed by how FCS handled this as I felt I was cheated.

Not only were they quick to provide a quote, but they also showed up on time, did not waste a minute, and worked efficiently, cleanly, and effectively. I wouldn't have paid the full price of $189, but the promo price sealed the deal. Definitely a positive experience.

These men were absolutley the greatest. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and feel very fortunate to have chosen them to do the job.

I hired the company to clean our chimney and dryer vents. The men sent to do the work showed up on time, did an excellent job looking over the work. They also showed me what needed to be done and cleaned both items thoroughly. I definitely will use again in the future.

The technicians arrived early, were efficient, and took care to clean carefully. The techs provided photos of their inspection findings, offered options and timeframes in which the work should be completed to ensure proper fireplace function. They also offered an estimate for the required repair.

The team showed up within the scheduled service window. The cleaning/inspection work on my 2 gas fireplaces was performed in a clean, organized and professional manner. The techs were very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Finest Chimney Sweep.

The technician was honest, i did not need to have my fireplace clean but he did clean the class which made a big difference. He could have mislead me but he was honest and i appreciate that.
