Description of Work: Provider was to have labelled circuit breakers in preparation for installation of a whole house generator. When provider learned this he said he would give us a better price on installation and would send an estimate by email and no labelling was done. Estimate was greatly overpriced compared to one we had,

+ -1 moreThe guys were nice and showed up on time. They wore the booties to keep the floor clean. They came well-prepared to do the job. I asked them to check the outlets as well. They put a little pressure on me to replace them. I ended up getting a second opinion and the price difference was 50%. I chose not to use their services. It wasn’t a good fit for me. My main issue was the price, since it was so different. I felt pressured to agree to the extra work; their attitude was a little aggressive.

Description of Work: They checked all the circuits in my house, and matched them with each individual circuit breaker. They promised to print out new circuit breaker labels and return and place them in the circuit breaker box. That was approximately three weeks ago. No word since then.

+ -1 moreThe contractor did not show up for the first appointment. I took off from work and they were a no show. I sent an email and got an apology from the contractor and a new date. On the second appointment, I called him and he said no one was home. That was not true as I took another day off from home and had other workmen in the house. Yesterday, I took off the day off and he was a no show and no call.
Description of Work: The contractor was supposed to label all of the circuits in the panel.

+ 2 moreEMS is an OUTSTANDING Business! Contractors called to confirm their arrival time; and notified me ahead of their departure time. Very polite and patient gentlemen. Gave complete estimates for all items ahead of purchasing them. Prepared a detailed contract for repairs. Answered all questions that I had (so that I would understand). Staff worked overtime to complete this project in a timely manner. Thoroughly cleaned up when project was finished. And returned one day later to test materials that EMS installed.
Description of Work: EMS checked problem plumbing; made excellent recommendations; installed new kitchen sink and fixtures; installed new bathroom sink; and new toilet.

+ -1 moreEverything went smoothly and without any issues. And in less time than I expected. Edwin and his brother were very easy to work with and very professional. This is the second time I have used them, and both experiences were great. I will definitely use them again, and highly recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: Extensive electrical work - hung a chandelier, replaced two ceiling fans with lights, added a light to an existing ceiling fan, problem solved and fixed the kitchen light - unusual situation, rewired all bedroom light switches to operate the lights and fan and outlets separately, and added a light switch to turn on a lamp in the living room upon entering the house.
