Wonderful service, five star work, good pricing, I had an annual contract with them,

I used Angie’s List to compare several HVAC companies. I got three companies to come out and give me estimates. Two of the three companies had technicians that were very arrogant, didn’t appear very competent, and didn’t listen to what I wanted. I wanted a separate HVAC system in my attic, to support the upstairs section of my house. They wanted to sell me zoned systems for the existing air conditioning unit in my basement with a price tag almost equivalent to the cost of EM Logan installing a new completely separate HVAC unit in the attic. EM Logan was the 3rd and smallest company that came out. The owner came out to do the estimate and was very nice and listened to what I wanted. He promptly followed that up with an estimate. I asked for the work to proceed and they came out to plan out the install. They followed that up with 2-1/2 days of work. They did an exceptional job on installing the HVAC system in the attic. They installed a new ducting system in the attic that looks wonderful and is now off the floor. The entire staff, technicians and customer service staff were incredibly nice and very professional. I can’t say enough about how much I like this company. I would certainly recommend them to anyone and I plan to use them in the future. Unfortunately, it took me a long time to get this posted.

We interviewed three companies and selected EM Logan largely because of the presentation and quality of the Trane product. The representative took time to explain the various systems and listen to our preferences and goals. (The reps from the other two companies we interviewed spent time with us, one listened, one came back twice and did not leave a written proposal nor could we understand what they eventually sent!) So EML gets high marks for listening carefully. The installation day went smoothly and the installers worked very efficiently. HVAC was a major investment in our property and I am pleased that we selected a high quality service provider. I will feel very comfortable calling EML back for the annual service and look forward to a satisfactory customer relationship with this company.

They are great. This is the second time I've used them. I am happy with their work.

The company itself is excellent. they do AC, heating, and electrical work. I have had them for a number of years. The original owner lived in my area and it is a family owned business.

My questions were answered to help us make a decision to use Logan. They were the least of 3 estimates quoting the same equipment and they were responsive. They provided me with an education about filtering. They arrived on time, had the replacement and installation staged and staff appeared when needed and they did all this in one day. They were tidy and cleaned up after they were finished. My communication with sales clearly delivered to the installers and they performed accordingly. I recommend Logan highly. Ask for Mark Weaver.

Every time we have used them it has been a fantastic job.

They are competent, on-time, reliable and professional. Their pricing and service is good. They are great at handling difficult and unusual jobs.

Aftermath of storm. Electrical was out for 36 hours and upstairs AC unit was not cooling. Called morning of the 2nd and the technician Michael arrived after 4:00 as stated. Michael was a no-nonsense service provider and had the AC up and running within 30 minutes. The dispatcher I called in the morning also provided assurance that they would be by. I believe the dispatcher's name is Keith.

.They are a very good company with excellent servicepeople and their work was excellent. I know because later in the winter, I had another Heat/AC company come checkout the system to get another assessment of my concerns and he gave them high marks for the installation. That said, I am not happy with the Trane unit. All the materials (Trane Web Site) says that the model I have is efficient and quiet. Not for me and my home, when the first stage and then the second stage start up, it sounds like a plane getting ready for take off. and if the unit were in the garage, we would not hear it but it is in the house in a partitioned area beside the family room and it is more than annoying. Evern upstairs, in the bedrooms, you are aware when it start due to sound and force of air. Consequently, we do not run it at night because it wakes us up. The A/C we have adjusted to but not the heating system. So in hindsight, I would and have used Logan since, but for new hardware, pay close attention the proposed unit and its capacity as it applies to your home.

EM Logan team was fantastic - they advised me in advance re water cut-off and once project was completed advised re running water in faucets prior to use, etc., in addition to doing a super job of installing my new ac, furnace and hot water heater. Team provided me with instructions on use of new equipment and new thermostat. All old equipment was removed and crew did a complete clean up after installation - nothing for me to pick up or to clean after they left. They were very professional, stopped to speak with neighbors inquiring about the project and the specifics of the equipment and completed their work in a timely fashion. Overall, an extremely positive experience at a very competitive price!

They have done a lot of work for us over the years. They are friendly. We have a yearly agreement with them. I have not compared prices with other companies but I feel their prices are lower. The quality of work is excellent.

After our heat pump went out I had 3 different companies come by and provide estimates to replace it. Lenny Weaver, Vice President of Logan's, came by and provided an estimate for their company. He was polite and professional and answered all my questions. There was no pressure at all from Mr. Weaver, unlike one of the other companies that came by. When we were ready to have our new system installed we chose Logan's based on price (there's was the best) and because we prefer to do business w/smaller family-owned businesses. On the day of the installation 2 technicians showed up first and began working. They were neat, polite and professional. As work progressed others came by to assist w/moving heavy parts in and out of the house. The president of the company even stopped by to make sure all was going well. Installation took several hours, but went smoothly. Everything was cleaned up well when the job was finished and operation of the new system was carefully explained. We are very happy with our new equipment, especially since it qualified for a Trane rebate as well as the new tax rebate. We will use this company in the future.

Excellent service. I have had some awful experiences with Heating/AC companies. I trust E.M. Logan and Sons.

This company was very friendly and accommodating. They came out right away and it was even a Sunday. The crew was very neat and clean and they did a very thorough job. They explained everything that needed to be done and were very informative. This company is bonded and insured.

Intallers were on time and polite. I would hire them again.
