Dog Eaze Inn

Dog Eaze Inn was great to work with. They even gave me a cute doggie report card after my dog's stay to let me know how it went while she was with them.

We'd been taking our Puggle to Dog Eaze for nearly 2 years when we'd recently adopted a Chihuaha from Lost Dog Rescue and so she goes there as well now. They are at Dog Eaze five days per week and occassionally on a Saturday. We do not use them for overnight stays, but I've seen several people there that use this service and they seem to be repeat customers. They have an excellent and caring staff and when our little guy had a back injury and was on restricted activities and medication I felt that they were really attentive to his needs. Our latest adoptee was very skittish for quite some time and they've really understood this and tried to bring her out of her shell. More importantly when the kids get dropped off in the morning they are very happy and when I pick them up in the evening they are smiling and worn out from playing with their friends all day. We'd look at other places in the area before settling on Dog Eaze so I feel like we did our due diligence and they've never once disappointed us. Highly recommend.

Maisy always loves going there, and has such a good time. I've been using them for over 7 years (I had 2 Shelties previously). They always remember their guests and the owners, even when I've stopped at booths they've had various dog events. The staff is friendly and so obviously love what they do. I trust them with the care of my best friend, and would highly recommend them.

Whenever we take our dog there they greet him by name (he has been there several times) even people that are not in the office know him by name. Other than needing a bath before we pick him up, he does very well. They take care of his medication and make sure he gets the walks we order. I have never had any problem getting him in to stay..even in an emergency situation they took him in. Personnel always seem happy to be working there and love the dogs!

A good sign is when your dog can't wait to get in the door and doesn't want to leave at the end of the day! Wonderful, devoted, professional staff that warmly welcome you and your dog. Facility is clean, well lit and welcoming. Has indoor and outdoor play. Rooms are spacious and love the huge (maybe 1/8 acre each) outdoor fenced areas where your dog can run and stretch their legs.

The Dog Eaze Inn staff is simply amazing. They make everything from reservations, to pick up and drop off easy and stress free. Their prices are extremely reasonable and the love and care they provide to my dog is unparalleled. Before our first time we went for a visit to tour the facility. The facility is extremely clean and well maintained. The two buildings they use are very well climate controlled. The first thing that stands out when you visit is the lack of a smell. There is no dog smell, urine or feces smells. The staff allow you to bring any comforts from home for your pet, such as dog beds, blankets, toys etc. They do warn that other they aren't responsible for any lost or destroyed items, but we have never had an issue with that. You can bring your own food but they have food their that is healthy and good for your dogs. You can bring your own treats as well and tell them when you want your pet to have it. They get walks at least every four hours. The individual and quot;cagesand quot; are huge, and are connected to individual outdoor runs. So when the weather is nice they leave the doors open that separate the two spaces and the space is doubled and your pet has the freedom to go out and get some fresh air and relieve themselves as well. The cages really aren't cages, they are like private rooms. The dogs are all extremely happy. When we visited for our tour they were quite full, but none of the dogs were pacing in their cages, or howling or really barking. They all looked very content and well cared for. The thing that stood out the most to me about the services was that every staff member that you come in contact with can tell you the name of your dog, and something about your pet and how he was or what he did during their stay. They was really touching and made me feel like our Brutus was in very good, loving hands. I highly recommend Dog Eaze Inn to everyone.

I originally took a tour of this facility in 2011 and was quite pleased with the cleanliness, location, and professionalism of this kennel. What I like are the reasonable prices for just kenneling - in Northern Virginia it can be difficult to find a boarding facility that will kennel only. They do have and quot;add-onsand quot; to the basic kenneling fee - such as the walks and playtime that we pay for for our dogs, but they do have and quot;doggie daycareand quot; as an option as well. We have been using this kennel since 2011 and will continue to use them in the future. Their staff is attentive and friendly and my dogs always seem well-taken care of when they come home. The $350 price is for three nights of boarding for two dogs, with a walk each day, plus one playtime.

- excellent in all areas of service. - dog came home exhausted and dirty which is great because that meant she was awake and playing with dogs/staff - staff are professional, prompt, knowledgeable about all aspects of the company and its services - staff are relatively young; they don't appear to mind getting down and dirty with the dogs in the outdoor play areas. - allowed our neighbor to pick up our dog without any hassle - we were emailed a detailed invoice and a report card - broad range of services and excellent prices

When we arrived, we were greeted warmly in the lobby and an attendant came and retrieved the dogs from me as I completed the paper work. There was plenty of staff around, playing with dogs in the playgrounds, helping in the office. As I went to my car, the dogs were already in their kennels and I could see them in the outside area of their kennels watching the other dogs playing. Upon pickup time, it all happened in reverse. Just as smoothly. Using radios, the dogs were brought to me. Again, there were plenty of staff members around, some were in the playgrounds with the dogs, actually playing with them, not just sitting and letting them play around. I mention this because I am a groom student at a local kennel/groom salon that charges more than Dog Eaze Inn and I have witnessed enough to know it is nothing remotely near the caliber of Dog Eaze Inn. I am very loyal to Dog Eaze Inn because of their love of the pets! I have used Pet Eaze Inn twice now since moving here this summer!
