Just can’t wait to write a commend on our new deck done by Deck Envy led by the owner Johnny and construction manager Ricardo, as we are very happy about the beautiful design, well-organized construction, quality of workmanship, efficient and prompt communication, etc. In a nutshell, all aspects of the construction meet and exceed our expectations. A couple months back, after reaching out to almost a dozen contractors to replace the old deck, we were about to sign a contract with one of them with a design plan by an independent designer, but it so happened Deck Envy came into our sight online in the last minute, and we were impressed by its straight 5-star rating by scores of customers. After a short conversation with Johnny, we realized this is the contractor we should work with for sure. And the reality speaks louder. Johnny not only provided a reasonable estimate, but also pointed out the problem of the existing design plan and suggested to make some major changes to open up more space under the deck for daily activities. It turns out the new design worked much better and we like it immensely. What amazed us during construction is the quality of Deck Envy’s crew under Recardo's leadership. Everyone on the team is experienced and skilled. They worked diligently at each phase of the construction in a timely fashion. While being meticulous about every detail, they left no stone unturned to make sure all technical details were taken care of. It is also worth noting that they always kept the site neat and clean. It took them only 11 work days to finish the project, from demolition of the old deck to finally wrapping up all support posts with PVC sleeves, that other contractors projected to finish in a month. And we are so happy that the construction did not affect our lawn, and only caused minor damages on the patio floor when removing old posts and installing new ones, but they lost no time to sent a patio team to fix them right after construction. During our interaction with Deck Envy’s owner and team members, we can tell they are fully committed to customer service. Last but not least, it should be noted that Deck Envy is a Trex Pro contractor, trained in all Trex products and installation, giving customers a peace of mind, knowing the contractor is recognized by Trex brand. After the construction Trex sent us the warranty information with a survey for customers to provide feedback. Afterall, we are very happy about the quality of the new deck that looks like a piece of art in the neighborhood. Deck Envy LLC certainly deserves its name “Envy”.

The Deck Envy crew went above and beyond when building our deck in a hybrid wood/Trex approach. The crew arrived on time each morning, by 8am, and worked until around 5pm. They were professional and respectful of our property and didn't create unnecessary noise/nuisances. Johnny was very responsive during the pre-construction phase and Ricardo managed the construction well. Ricardo and his team handled a stair design issue during construction very quickly and creatively with results that that made us happy. Both Johnny and Ricardo's responsiveness via email or text was extraordinary. Overall, we're very happy with our deck and the high build quality Johnny, Ricardo and the team delivered.

A Dream Deck and Patio - A Phenomenal Experience with Deck Envy! I am absolutely thrilled to share my incredible experience with Deck Envy and the outstanding work they did on our new Trex deck and screened-in patio!
