Tony arrived on time to review the leaking tub project. He was very professional, friendly, and wore booties without having to be asked. He listened carefully to my concerns and provided multiple levels of possible resolution depending on what I wanted and what the potential unforseens could be. After getting multiple quotes from other companies, it was clear that Tony’s solutions and prices were the best fit for me. He then got me a quick appointment scheduled, showed up on time, and completed the repair quickly and thoroughly. I would recommend Tony for any plumbing tasks you need.

I recently discovered a reoccurring wastewater backup from the basement slab drain of my residence. It obviously evoked the dual fear of any homeowner of both the cost of repairing whatever was at fault, and the equally daunting concern of finding a capable and ethical contractor to do the necessary work. Since the water backup was most associated with the home's basement water system and laundry, I was able to take a few days to do a multi-source review of my local area's plumbing contractors and typical costs for related services. In view of the potential seriousness of the problem and its solution, I wanted to find a company that was really expert in drainage/sewer problems and repair. On my list of candidates, DB's Plumbing and Drain was at the top. I called them first and they had a technician at my home the next day. While the problem seemed most likely a blockage between the laundry area and the main stack, we also considered the main pipe between the stack and the county sewer line. Options for taking a phased approach were presented and there was absolutely NO pressure to do more than necessary and/or all at once. I, however, wanted to clean both segments of the drainage and sewer lines. While I also have a rule of getting multiple bids for any substantial home repair work, my very positive experience to that point, and the prices quoted (which my research showed to be well within the competitive range) made me feel confident to go with DB's Plumbing and Drain then and there. I was not disappointed. The technician got to work that day. We found some blockage in both sections of the pipes that were cleaned and a camera inspection was conducted, both during the cleaning and afterwards, to check the progress and the results, respectively. Everyone I interacted with at DB's Plumbing and Drain were professional, capable and friendly. I was fully satisfied with the work they did to resolve the problem. Based upon the totality of my above experience, I would not hesitate to recommend others to consider DB Plumbing and Drain for their own home plumbing and drainage needs.

First I would like to say, Thank you Chris at DBâ s Plumbing & Drain for your great customer service and work. I was referred to Chris and DBâ s by a friend when my well pump went out and I had no running water. When I called DBâ s and explained the situation and asked for Chris specifically they accommodated my request and sent him out for a consultation. After evaluating the job, he gave me the estimate and answered all of my questions. Chris answered my questions so throughly that I also got an estimate on a new pressure tank and hot water heater. I call DBâ s to confirm the repairs and estimates to get on their schedule. Not only did they have all of parts needed they also got me on the schedule that week! When Chris arrived at 8am he went straight to work and completed the job same day! I have worked retail most of my life and know what great customer service is! In todays world of low expectations and bad customer service DBâ s and Chris still provide GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have dealt with a lot of bad contractors in Northern Virginia and there are a lot. If you want great customer service and work you can count on DBâ s Plumbing and Drain. I would recommend them to anyone and will promote their business to anyone who needs plumbing services. Thank you Chris and DBâ s for bringing back running water into my life!

He was able to fix out issues with leak but I think for the job the cost was a bit much.

Aaron came out and did a fantastic job helping us with our clogged/broken sewer line. He was prompt, knowledgeable and helped rectify our issue in timely manner. I hope I never have to deal with another issue like this again but if i do DBs Plumbing will be the first point of contact without a doubt.

They pulled all the necessary permits, got the job certified and inspected for a gas grill on the deck. Fast, efficient and safe. I will never go with another company again. Thanks for making this experience smooth

These guys came out same day and repaired my pipe that was flooding in my basement, they also recommended a company to clean up the flood that went through insurance. Highly recommend
