We discovered an early morning issue resulting in a flood in our laundry room. Rachel was so helpful and understood the urgency of my call and request. Zack E was prompt, understanding and professional. Not only was he able to quickly address the issue, he also took the time to listen and answer all of our questions, provide advice, and ensure we were satisfied with the service. I would highly recommend DB's Plumbing and Drain.

I cannot ask for better service. After about 17 years of service, my well pump failed around 10:45 AM. I called DB Plumbing at 11:00 AM and had two DB trucks on site by 11:45 AM. Tommy and Shane spent time troubleshooting the issue and did confirm the pump had failed. Tommy explained the cost of two service levels: 1) to expect the pump only, about $850; 2) to replace the pump, $3,871. I obviously chose to replace the pump. The cost was based on the depth of the well. Mine is 200 feet. The deeper the well, the higher the costs due to pump size and materials. I should add the everything pulled out of the well was replaced with new materials: the pump, electrical wire, the water pipe, etc.

It went very well. I called and got through to a real person who triaged my situation and then promised to send someone out ASAP...which they did...45 mins later a plumber was at my house. The technician, Tommy, was professional, knowledgeable and was able to troubleshoot the problem and figure out a way to resolve it. He did great work. One note...he needed some extra parts to get the job done that he didn't have on the truck...which was surprising because it was a big truck...and because it was a busy day for plumbers in general (because of the severe cold weather) his boss actually brought out the parts he needed so he could get the job don't quickly and be able to help others out like he did for me. The job was done as fast as it could be done and the work was professional and Tommy cleaned up like he hadn't even been there. He had professional tools, was dressed liked a professional and made sure I understood what was fixed and why it needed to be fixed. Because of all that went into this process and the service I received Ill be calling them the next time I need work.

Shane D was great to deal with. He explained the problem, what needed to be done and how much it would cost. Despite the late hour he did the necessary repairs and recommended a company to help dry out the carpet -- we have already been in touch with them and are similarly happy. Shane was great to deal with -- pleasant, intelligent and capable. Shane and DB Plumbing will be our go-to for our plumbing needs.

There was some confusion with respect to the address where the repair work was to be completed. As a result, the excavating team arrived at my primary residence well ahead of the scheduled time, and Miss Utility had marked out my property by mistake. I contacted Rachel at DB's to let them know there was a problem, and that hopefully they would still be able to complete the work at the correct address that day. Within 35 to 40 minutes, the problem had been resolved and the crew was on-site at the rental property and starting the work. Thankfully, the pipe was not quite as deep as previously thought so excavation was much easier and the work was completed quickly and efficiently. DB's reduced the cost for the work from the original estimate as some of the issues they had estimated and planned for did not materialize. Shane and his crew were very professional and knowledgeable, and they left the yard in excellent condition where the excavation had been done. While their price was a bit higher than I had expected, their responsiveness and professionalism were much appreciated and I would consider using them again for my plumbing needs.

Tommy did a great job and was very professional in all areas. This is the fourth time we used this company for repairs, and we are very pleased with them.

Extremely well. Showed up the next day and installed in less than an hour. Gave me credit on a previously installed pump that was less than a year old. Excellent service.

The prices were reasonable and they were extremely friendly on both customer service and actual work done. The work was completed during the first visit which was great since I didn't have to wait to have everything fixed.

Many issues with a recent whole house repipe. I was recommended pex which was not a choice i would have made on my own. I wanted copper but was told pex would save me on drywall repair. More on that later. The workers were great guys. Showed up on time and completed the pipe work on budget. There are issues with the work though. First off they were cutting the drywall with hand saws rather than spinning saw. Makes for longer completion time and sloppier cuts. They did not cut stud to stud they just cut holes that are uneven. Even after asking for them to square the holes off they were still very sloppy. This adds to drywalling time. Now for the really bad. They removed an entire ceiling in my home in the laundry room unnecessarily. The drywaller told me that it could have been done with a small hole. Before they left i pointed out my dissatisfaction with the missing ceiling and would not sign off on the work as satisfactory. Now for the awful. The owner of the company then went on a tirade on the phone and with more than 10 emails in less than a day threatening me with the sheriff telling me i was berating him telling me this was personal because i would not sign off on work without getting my drywaller to look first to estimate the damage. Mind you i paid less than 24 hours after the work was completed. They sent me an invoice with pictures of the work that showed all areas except for the ceiling. The owner agreed to give me a $300 credit toward the cost of drywall repair if i would sign off on the work and threatened to rescind this offer if i did not accept it without consulting the drywaller first. He was very unprofessional and heated for no good reason. Ive been told by this drywaller that the actual replacement cost of that ceiling will be $1400 and that his company does the same work eg whole house repipe with pex for the exact same amount they did it for but they replace the drywall as they go for no extra charge. They also changed my hose bibs from frost free to regular without telling me beforehand and they did not install them with a shut off valve with bleeder and access panel. Very upset that they only sent out 2 guys to do the work one who seemed to be training and that i am ending up spending an extra 2-3000 dollars on this job unnecessarily. I hope this review saves others the time money and headache that i am having to deal with.

David was extremely quick to respond to my email for help, even though it was after 8 PM and not an emergency. Zack arrived early and completed the valve replacement quickly. He answered all my other questions and provided advice even though I opted not to have any other work completed that day.

Within an hour of our call, Zack was here and cleared the drain. It was not a simple job; it needed snaking from two access points. He also camera-ed the line to see where and why this had occurred. The whole process took two hours. DB's charges a flat rate for the work, not a time-scale for costs. Zack cleaned up the site and left us very relieved. He and Rachael, with whom we spoke to schedule this rush job, were both professional, personable and helpful. Very pleasant experience for an unpleasant situation.

Price was reasonable. The work was done well and the plumber was on time and professional. All paperwork (estimates/invoice) was very prompt.

The team at DB was professional, punctual, and honest. They explained what was really needed and what in their opinion wasn't. They didn't overcharge us and walked us through everything including pricing before they did any of the work. Overall we had a great experience and will definitely use them again!

Excellent. A breeze to schedule with, they texted a photo of the plumber and his name when he was on his way. Arrived on time and successfully unclogged basement drain, then proceeded to replace leaky kitchen faucet. I remodeled homes in a former life, but I did not want to pay for the parts/equipment as the majority of the cost of the work was covered under a home warranty. Therefore, I can't speak to the total cost or value, but I was satisfied by the work completed.

Great. Very well- coordinated and Zack was very friendly and informative.

The pilot on our water heater went out and we were unable to light it. Because we have a gas water heater we wanted to be on the safe side so we called DB's. It was a Saturday when we called and they were able to come out on Monday. The technician was extremely nice and professional and provided us with some good information about our water heater. He was able to fix the problem immediately and was done in less than 30 minutes. We would definitely hire them again.

The DB's Plumbing and Drain team of Rachel, Chris, Zach and Cody, did a great job from scheduling to diagnosing to water heater replacement quickly and professionally. Happy to have hot water, again and happy with the service.

He was quick to a**** the problem and various issues with fixing it quickly. He had a part that he used to fix the problem and we haven't had an issue since.

The plumber explained everything that needed to be done fixed some long existing drainage issues.
