Response from DB's Plumbing & Drain
Member, Our competition charges 925 for the first 2 hours, 2 hour minimum for the same service. We use a US Jetting model 4018, the top of the line equipment, this machine is designed to get the job done effectively and efficiently. Smaller inferior machines could take up to 4 hours longer to do the job. We agreed on the price and the job was done to your standard and we guaranteed the work. It was a free estimate and you didn't have to go with our services, you could have shopped around. We came out to your house for free and gave you a price of $495, when the job is normally 725/ for the first 2 hours, 2 hours minimum which is still 100/hour less than our competitors. You asked for a very specific complexed type of service to be performed on your sewer line and we performed just as you had asked and we charged you the amount you agreed to. If you didn't like the price, you should have said so and we would have left with nob add feelings. I don't know if you have buyers remorse or not, there has been no call made to our office or myself the owner regarding this issue, we would appreciate the chance to make it better, however hydro jetting will not be done for a price lower than that. It is a $100k unit and requires many years of experience to operate both effectively and most impoortnatly safely. This machine forces hot water through a hose at a rate of 18 gallons per minute at 4000 psi, its not a garden hose. Please check our video at www.dbsplumbinganddrain.com and go to the jetting page. If there was a service that you fell was not performed to the level of your standards please call us at 703-441-2345 and we would love to hear from you. Other wise I'm will assume that the service was performed as you requested and that you are upset about the price. If you don't believe call around and ask what the going rate for hydro jetting with a U.S. jetter is, you will find out that you got a good deal at $495. I thank you for your business and look forward to your phone call.
