Description of Work: They were the provider designated by my Home Shield contract. Friendly and polite, they were nonetheless a disappointment. It is a very small company and this one guy with one young helper is stretched pretty thin. They could not in any way accommodate my hours, they would not come on the weekend although their ad said they do, they misdiagnosed an outside valve leak I had them look into, mistakenly proposing a huge repair involving the moving of an inside bulkhead and related carpentry which they couldn't perform (a more competent contractor correctly and simply fixed the leak from the outside later), they disparaged the Home Shield arrangements and the pay they would probably receive under that contract, and they left in a big rush having accidentally turned off all water to my kitchen sink, an area in which they were not even working. They wouldn't come right back to fix it, either, so I had to figure it out myself, which I did. Sorry, but I needed my kitchen sink before three days! I wouldn't bother to call them. Nice folks, very sincere, but not very polished or customer-sensitive, with a Three Stooges franticness and quite overwhelmed by it all. Or they just think their Home Shield customers somehow rate second class service because they aren't happy with the terms of that arrangement. There are certainly much better fish in the plumbing sea out there who would do professional work well with an eye towards future business. Definitely go with one of them.

Description of Work: The plumber cleared a clog in my waste line outside the house. He was very considerate and helped me identify the least intrusive method to conduct the work, which also came with a 30-day guarantee against getting clogged again. He was very polite and professional and the price was in line with others I've used for similar services. I'll always call them from now on whenever I need a plumber.

Description of Work: Replaced a leaking water pressure reduction valve. Called one day after work and they arrived the next. Fast, courteous service at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: They came to our business on time, fixed a weird issue we had with a faucet that saved us time and money from making 5 trips to the hardware store and WE probably would not have fixed it correctly.

Description of Work: My toilet upstairs was running all the time so he replaced the unit; the pipes to my washer/dryer was leaking. It took two/three service calls to fix the problem.

Description of Work: We've used DB plumbing several times and won't use another plumber. They are great to work with, responsive and get the job done. They are a company with values and that shows. We strongly recommend them.

Description of Work: We have used them twice - first for an emergency call to clear a stopped up sewer line that required extensive snaking under the house (appx $300). Then they returned on May 15 to repair a toilet that had been noted to have a problem on the first visit (appx $90). Returned to do this work after they got the part. We are very satisfied with their professionalism and service and now consider them our regular plumber.
