Description of Work: Lawn tractor needed repair- Blades quit working. They are always very prompt. They repaired the next day and I signed service contract. Two mowings later, blades broke again and belt jumped off. Unable to repair same day when they came out, and I never got an explanation of what was going on. It poured rain for next three days (so I assume that's why they couldn't get right back out), but the day after rain quit they came out and finished repair (?) I never did get an answer as to what happened: was it same problem or ?. But the office called me and said there would be no charge. I have been using them for years. They get A for effort and reasonable prices considering they come to you. And B for service. This was not the first time a repair had to be redone. But they always take care of the problem one way or the other in a fair manner. My first two tractors lasted over 10 years each with few problems. The last two have been crap; repairs over and over. I don't think it's the repair company, but the piece of crap tractors they're putting out now.

Description of Work: They repaired my snow blower that others could not do in the last year. Their price was more then fair, onlu charging me for the actual work, not a "show up" cause. These people are fantastic and I will use them again.

Description of Work: Although it took a little time to schedule an appointment, we were very satisfied with our experience. Once the gentleman arrived to perform the work, he was very efficient and quickly repaired our lawnmowers as well as performing a tune-up on one lawnmower.

Description of Work: I purchased a 3 yr service contract on Craftsman Garden Tractor #3 and new blades for two other Craftsman Garden Tractors. Service performed on 3 tractors as per agreement. I mow 6 acres each week with two 3-year old tractors. Tim always makes sure my equipment is running correctly. I could not mow this amount of acreage without Davis Lawn Tractor services.

He provided us with excellent advise on how to maintain our equipment to ensure years of use. By chance, we had contractors at our home working on the exterior. They were so impressed that they asked for information/business cards from him. Thank you for doing such an excellent job! I would highly recommend this company -- you will not be disappointed.

Description of Work: Comes to your home to do work!!! Great idea. Annual spring lawn mower tuneup. Changed oil, sharpened blade, replaced spark plug, cleaned deck, lubed controls.

The contract also calls for a free inspection visit during the year to ensure that the equipment is working properly. | |All work is performed at your house. Without a contract, the annual maintenance visit would cost approximately $350.

Description of Work: They refurbished my snow blower. They have a truck that comes and does the service in your driveway. Even though I have not yet had to use the snowblower, it appears that the work was of high quality and at reasonable cost.
