DALE CITY EMERGENCY LOCKSMITH

I came home from work to find that my house had been broken into and, among other things, the criminals made off with my spare house keys. At 12:30 am I called and was forced to use the only 24-hour locksmith I could find in the area. The only thing I can say to their credit is that the technicians showed up less than an hour after I called for them and they performed the work quickly and efficiently. Other than that, this company is a complete rip-off. They charged over $250 each for a combination lock-set that you can get at any hardware store for $50 (I had three installed) and $15 per spare key. They required me to buy 4 keys per door. Of course, no final price was quoted until they presented the bill. During the work the technicians kept talking about a "good price" and even talked down the price of the locks from what they "normally" cost. Any protest was void because the work had already been done. I felt like I had been robbed twice in one day! After this rip-off I did a little investigating. The listed address is a fraud. The address listed on the website is actually a local restaurant. No locksmith company exists in that building. Other customer reviews from other site recount similar incidents of overcharging. Beware. Don't use this company.
