+ -1 moreStay away from this builder! They do not honor their warranty agreements. They have been a pain to deal with. They rely almost completely on sub-contractors, yet there is very little managerial oversight on the performance of work. At the end of the day you will be left with a very expensive home with shoddy workmanship and rude employees.
