 + -1 moreI couldn't have been happier with the results and the price. I couldn't have asked for a more professionality exhibited by the care he took with the valuables in the room. You should really check out Creative Decorating. Having a personal visit to your house really makes the difference of success or failure rather than dealing with decisions in the store front and at arms length.
Description of Work: I called the company on Friday and we made an appointment for Monday. I described the challenge I was having with my drapes and he stated the best thing to do was to allow him to visit my house and make a decision as to how best deal with the problem. We made an appointment for 12 noon and he rang the bell at 11:35 AM. I showed him the issues and the problems I was having and he determined the drape was not properly hung. At this point, the decision to buy a new window treatment could be temporarily delayed and he spent the next 90 minutes dealing with the problem by restringing all the drapes, replacing the hooks on the gliders and the gliders on the rod and refastening the rod to the ceiling.
