Description of Work: Had a small leak in an upstairs bathroom. Drywall was getting wet with heavy rain. Called Consumer Construction to ask them if they could take a look around on the roof to see if they could find the source of the leak. The roof is way too high off the ground for me to perform the task. The nice lady on the phone explained their services for fixing leaks and provided a detailed cost estimate. A two man crew showed up on schedule and quickly determined the source of the leak. They repaired the holes (caused by the original siding contractor nailing his scaffolding to the roof through the shingles and not sealing the nailholes with sealant). They explained exactly what they found and the remedy they would use. They completed their work professionally. From start to finish they were at my house less than an hour. They cleaned up very well after their work.

Description of Work: They were able to come out and give us a quote the next business day. The salesman was very knowledgeable and matched the roof shingles exactly. We got quotes from 3 different companies and they were not only the lowest, they performed additional work (sealing around all vent pipes) than the other quotes we received. They showed up and performed the work so quickly that we actually missed them because WE ran late. All in all they did a fantastic job and I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Description of Work: Remove and install new roof and siding. Paid $12000.00 for roof on 08/15/2012 and $14500.00 for siding on 04/15/2012.

Description of Work: During the hurricane we noticed 3 of our windows leaked which concerned us becuase the house was built in 1998. I looked on Angies List when I could get online to find a contractor that could do the job. I submitted a request for an estimate on Saturday night during the hurricane, 8/27. I got an immediate response and had a work crew here on 8/29. they immediately looked at the windows, checked the siding and recaulked everything. They did a walkaround around the house and found some flashing above the garage that needed reparied. They did that without me asking them. Very professional and conscientious about their work. They were done with the job within a couple of hours and gave me a year warranty as well. I am very happy with their service and would highly recommend them. Julia coordinated the work from the office, very pleased with the service.
