They did a great job. Mark spent some extra time to measure and make sure it was going to be perfect and that I would love it.

When I called to ask that they add my neighbor’s address to the invoice so we could share the cost, they waived the fee since the job was so minor and there was no leak. All my interactions with the company and its employees were very positive. The workers on the scene explained exactly what was done and assured me my roof was in good shape. The office staff was very accommodating and efficient and explained the process clearly. This was one of the most positive interactions I have ever had with a company. I was extremely pleased with the entire experience and I expect to do more business with this great company in thefuture.

They were willing to provide a basic estimate over the phone, with the proviso that if it was more work than that, this visit would turn into an estimate, where as other contractors wanted to come out, look, try and up sell me and then schedule the work. They had to reschedule because of weather, but they came when they said they would and did the work promptly.

Great, responsive office staff and polite and competent roofers; fixed right first time and did a great job cleaning up debris.

The repair was done quickly. They did a very good job matching shingles. You cannot see where the repairs were made. One thing that really impressed me was when the bill arrived, it included a stamped envelope for remittance.

Crystal was very responsive. Work was done as promised. Appears to be fine. Did not go on roof so not sure. Will use this company again.

Mark was highly professional, answered my questions, and was willing to drop samples off during off hours. He was honest about what the materials and warranty would and would not cover. Company was slow to set installation date, but they were responsive to all questions and on time when they did have an appointment. They had to order more materials because they miscalculated. They were good with installation.

Went great. The technician found that it wasn't a roof leak,but a leak in our 10 year old siding near the roof.

We had excellent support from start to finish. The manager himself came out to lead the activity. He did a great job. I don't remember what the price was but it was reasonable.

They were extremely competitive in their pricing, they were extremely friendly, punctual, and efficient in their presentation, and their work. I found them very professional, and delightful to work with.

There was only one hitch - about a week after installation there was a problem with the bottom outside corner of the door hitting the bottom outside part of the frame & I noticed that the door wasn't quite straight in the frame. One person came out to work on it for a while and the condition was improved and then he made a call and later on the owner came out to finish up and the door has been fine ever since. They are very mindful of getting the job done right.

Great experience overall. Mark the Salesman was always responsive the door installer was also thorough. and cleaned up after the job was done. I will use them for future work.

We had a very good experience with Consumer Construction Inc. They were incredibly professional, courteous and accurate in their pricing estimate. We dealt with Mark, the owner, and he was highly professional and very knowledgeable. We would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone else. Their estimate was not the lowest price we got, but we felt like he was, by far, the most knowledgeable and upfront. His working team were also very courteous and very clean. They cleaned up every evening, when they left. All in all, it was a very good experience.

Leaks of this nature are hard to pinpoint. Company provided work and guaranteed it. Leak was not completely stopped and company promptly returned. Did additional work at no additional cost and leak was completely stopped.

We previously had cedar shakes and they updated them to vinyl to prevent against woodpeckers. They look nicer and should be more durable. It was 42,000 for both the roofing and siding. They were fine. No problems and they did a very nice job. They were thorough and took care of all the details for us.

I have had some very bad experiences with roofers in the past, from shady companies to criminal companies. So it's a great pleasure to find someone like Consumer Construction. These have to be the nicest, most customer oriented people in the business. I recently bought a home and knew that some roof repairs needed to be performed. Based on the kind of roof I have the home inspector gave me an estimate of what I should expect to spend. We called around many companies and no one would even give us a ballpark price, they would come out, then give us a price (and a hard sales pitch since they were already out here). I came upon Consumer Construction and saw their ratings so I called them. When they answered the phone I told them what needed to be done, and they explained that in their experience, they have found that a single cost (about half of what my inspector told me to expect) will cover most repairs. They would come out, inspect the entire roof, caulk and seal anything that needed to be sealed and repair any roofing issues for a fixed fee of $325. If the roof needed significant repair, then the person would leave me with a bid to repair/replace the roof and their would be no charge at that time for the estimate. They gave me an estimated date they could show up, and the tech called the day before arriving to ensure we would be home. He arrived on time, and performed the work and inspection very quickly. No upsell, no hard sales pitch, the work was performed and the guy shook my hand and left. What a pleasure to deal with! I could not be happier with my experience and I would recommend these people to anyone.

I had an appointment with them on Dec. 23 to look at a small leak in the roof. My whole family was traveling in Mexico until Dec. 22 without cell phone service. Upon return I got a message that they had changed their plan and came on Dec. 21, and did a repair in my absence. I do not like being left out in this process and just stuck with a bill. I have no way to tell the real cause for the small leak I had in the roof, or whether the repair was justified. After I posted the original review, the company called and apologized. I appreciate that.

I submitted the request for the estimates on company website and I have to be fair, they did an excellent job to get in touch within couple hours. But when Crystal (company representative) started her "selling" speech I understood why. I was told that company policy is to provide mandatory so-called "special maintenance package" when their technician comes to evaluate the roof and if he finds any problem within the list (provided by Chrystal), it will be fixed/addressed for the price of $325, which doesn't change if there are problems (within their list) found or not. This service may fix existing problem, but if not and the cost of the repair exceeds the above mentioned amount they will give me the estimates then. I politely declined the offer and just asked to schedule an appointment to figure out what the problem is and how much it may cost. The answer was: NO, we only come if you accept our offer, this is company policy. Ridiculous!
