Job went quickly, smoothly, professionally. Workers cleaned up after they were finished. Very happy with job done.

once again they knocked it out of the park. This is my second job with them. Mark Mohay the sales manager is on point and responsive and is able to work with us always busy Northern Virginia people and our schedules getting the job done with zero hand holding and totally virtual. The workmanship was amazing and finished before my deadline (we are selling/closing the house) and thanks to this company I am free and clear from the HOA to finalize the sale of this house. My hat is off to this company once again and will continue to use them in the future.

We initially contacted this provider before we realized that we had some structural issued with the house that had to be addressed. After the structural issues were addressed, we asked Consumer Construction Inc. to readdress their bid, which they did. However, when they altered their bid, we failed to understand or notice that the products to be used on the house were not what was represented in the initial bid. This resulted in some quick changes made in the materials they were using to more closely reflect what the original bid included. This resulted in no little angst on our part. I prefer for a job of this size and cost,to run more smoothly. The end result is lovely. Our house has a new roof. It looks tidy and neat, and ready for a cold winter. We will be able to later replace the siding and windows making this a very attractive home.

We had a leak on the roof. Consumer folks came and checked and found the issue being as they quoted "Replaced two collars and sealing B-Vent" and they fixed it. The only issue I have is they had to change my appointment date couple of time because the crew was extremely busy and it took them longer on the previous appointments then they expected. So my job got postponed by few days but they were responsive enough to let me know they will not be able to make it on that day.

The work performed was perfect, but the installer arrived arrived 2 1/2 hours later than agreed. I had to call to find this out which infuriated me. The installer also inappropriately addressed me as "Darling."

We were away during actual installation, but were very pleased on our return on July 22nd to see our new roof! Got compliments from neighbor also on appearance,

The workman were polite, friendly and most importantly skilled at what they do. The job was completed in a reasonable time and the workmanship was excellent. They spent a good bit of time cleaning up each day and the result is, It made my home almost look new. I couldn't be happier with the job, and the price was very fair. I noticed many people stop in front of my house during construction, and days after completion to look. I would recommend and will defiantly consider using Consumer Construction again for future projects

Everyone I spoke with at Consumer Construction was professional, polite and knowledge. Crystal was extremely helpful. The staff was on time and extremely friendly. I called multiple companies foe estimates. Some companies wouldn't even come out. Others gave me ridiculous prices from $2000-$6000. Consumer Construction didn't lie to me and gave me a very good price. I will continue to call Consumer Construction for all my home improvement needs.

The outcome is better than new. The work was very well spec'd and the performance was very high quality. We were especially pleased with the work on the copper gutters. They replaced whole sections to give us better run-off protection the original design lacked and worked with us to keep the cost under control by using existing downspouts. I like that they specialize in exterior work.rather than trying to be all things to all people.

The company was on time to the house to do repairs. The workers needed access to the attic to give us a one year warranty. They came did the job and cleaned up after them selves. We were insured that if we had any problems they would be out to take care of them. The office staff was very informative and prompt to get back to me with information.

I hired them after finding the company on Angie's List. I had initially called them to complete a roofing inspection after I was told that I had hail damage on my roof. After looking at the damage, they determined that only a few shingles needed to be replaced. The work didn't meet their minimum cost of $300 and I also had them replace some roof boots. They completed the work within a couple of hours and cleaned up well. Overall, it was a good experience.

The company representative provided a comprehensive estimate. The team arrived on time & completed the main job on the same day. There were some unexpected problems.

It went very well. The roofer actually took pictures for me to review so that I could see exactly what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. He explained everything in great detail for me. Very pleased with this company. Will put in my favorites and use again.

I now use Angie's List and am glad I do because the evaluation of vendors is much easier based on truthful reviews. I contacted Consumer Construction to deal with a leak in our rental property located in Woodbridge, VA. They were extremely friendly on the initial call and coordinated with us to make contact with our renter. There was a small hiccup in that the person we worked with had a family emergency and failed to make contact with our renter. We made a second call and the company was extremely apologetic for not handling this issue. We were delayed by approximately one week. Once the company made contact with our renter direct, the repair was immediately effected and we received photographs of the work performed and the items replaced. All work was done to our satisfaction as well as our renter's satisfaction. The company then sent us a bill for exactly what they quoted. They also gave us a referral for the interior repairs that need to be done. Very professional organization with great customer service.

Even in busy season, they were able to get leaky attic fan replaced. They took pictures of the damage and explained repairs. Best roof repair service I have had!

Based on the Angie's list reviews, I called this provider to come to my home and provide me an estimate for roof replacement. The salesman Russ (last name removed) called me from his car at the appointment time and at that time I was finishing up with the pest management company (the pest company guys showed up a little late) and so I asked him for fifteen minutes. Russ (last name removed) said I need to call the company and re-schedule. I had taken the whole day off from work so that I can meet with multiple contractors and so I told him to wait for two minutes so that I can meet with him. But, HIS ROYAL HIGHNESS RUSS (last name removed) would not even wait for TWO MINUTES and instead insisted that the appointment needs to be rescheduled. I had taken the whole day off just to finish off the appointments and here is a sales guy who would not even wait for two minutes to deal with a customer for a roofing job that's worth several thousand dollars...seriously? If the sales guy shows such attitude at the sales call, I seriously wonder how the rest of the company will be. Contractors sometimes run late in this area due to traffic and I understand that. Similarly, if a customer is tied up with another guy and want to do the appointment with a few minutes delay, this guy would not do this? Does he think he is royalty and a president who cannot be kept waiting? So, I told him to proceed on his merry way and would not be willing to deal with a company where the sales person has such an attitude!

I called Consumer Construction because the buyers of our home noted some issues in the home inspection report with the roof. We were looking for a roofer to come out and, hopefully, do some minor repairs. When I called, Mark answered the phone. He and I wound up speaking for quite a while about the issues the inspector found. He concluded that Consumer Construction probably was not a good fit for what we needed. Nonetheless, I asked if I could send him the inspection report, which contained pictures, and get his thoughts. After emailing him the report, he promptly responded with some very helpful information, including a recommendation for another company that would be a better fit. I was very impressed that Consumer Construction would take the time to talk with me in detail over the phone about my issue and then (1) recommend a different company for the work and (2) review my report, even though we had decided I would not retain their company. Mark was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and I will certainly call on Consumer Construction in the future when I need a new roof.

Consumer Construction was great to deal with. The estimator, Russ, was very communicative by phone and email and not only got to our house for the estimate within a few days of our request, but also got us onto their schedule for the repair weeks before any other contractor would even consider it. Heavy rain forced a reschedule, but that process was painless and only delayed the work for a few days. They performed the job while we were at work, and cleaned up after themselves perfectly - the only way we knew they were there was our new fascia and reattached gutter. The price was not the lowest estimate we got but with their speed and responsiveness it was worth the small extra cost.

Working with Consumer Construction was amazing from start to finish. Their time management was exemplary. They didn't give me a "window" for their arrival; they gave me a precise time, and they always made it. Their product selection and quality was excellent. Their commitment to quality, and standing behind their work is second to none. My existing roof shingles were curling, showing unexpected wear for its age. I called the contractor who installed that roof, asking him to take a look at it and an estimate to repair. He looked at it once, didn't know why it was in that shape, and I never got an estimate from him, though I called him two more times. CC admitted they weren't sure why either, but they brought out an expert from the shingle manufacturer, and spent a couple hours looking it over, crawling in the attic, before they determined the cause. And all this before I had signed a contract with them. And if anything unexpected comes up, this is the company you want to be dealing with. They addressed every little thing that concerned me. They say they stand behind their work, and I have seen it! A most impressive company.

Mike was on time and gave a very thorough estimate. I did not hire him - but it was a very tough choice. Seemed great.

After 22 years, much of the old plywood roof base was badly water damaged-- especially the 8 dormers and mansard roof area. The old roofing material and dormer capping was removed, the deteriorated plywood was replaced and the new roofing material and capping coil was installed. It required about 4 long days of labor. The contractor representative, Mark Mohay, and company General Manager, Ken Ayer, and his roofing crews are true professionals and outstanding to work with. Can't say enough positive things about the experience--not found often enough these days.
