Description of Work: It was a complete nightmare from start to finish. Some highlights: | |Packers weren't engaged in advance so last minute packers were provided hours later than scheduled. |Driver showed up late with his child in tow. |Driver's child loaded some of our items. |I paid extra for a large item, but due to the mess up with the packer/loaders, I had to assist in loading my large item. |One of the crew sprayed urine all over my bathroom. |Driver agreed delivery date was changed at the last minute with threats of storage costs should we be unable to accommodate their date. |Many items were lost. |Many items were broken. | |Bottom line- this was least professional company I have ever had the misfortune to work with. Completely careless and not the least bit interested in making it right. Use them at your peril.

+ -1 moreThere was initial confusion regarding the time/date of service and arrangements for packaging a specialty item. Once the crew arrived, they were great. They worked really hard and efficiently packing and loading. The other end was another story. Once again there was confusion and very poor communication regarding when would receive our shipment. Numerous phone calls and e-mails were placed with no responses for 7-10 days. The initial date for delivery passed without contact. When we were finally able to contact someone, we were told a different story about where out shipment was, and a later date given. When it finally did arrive, numerous items were damaged. We later, after final unpacking, found an item that wasn't even ours.
Description of Work: Packed up our furniture and prepacked boxes for move cross country. Stored the items . Delivered to our final destination.
