I would use them again in the future.

At first they sent a young lady which was absolutely fabulous and did everything. Then they started sending people that also did a great job, but that didn't speak English, so I really couldn't communicate with them. This is why I stopped using them.

The initial deep cleaning was excellently done, and I expected them to repeat the same great job with the next cleaning. Unfortunately, the following cleaning was not to my expectations. I came home and was surprised to know that they were even there. There were cobwebs that were easy to spot and had not been removed. The bathroom wall had soapscum on it and they didn't use any disinfectant anywhere (at least it never smelled like it). Some furniture was never dusted. With a busy schedule, I'd hope to not have to come home and reclean after the home should have already been "cleaned".

They've been inconsistent with their cleanings. Arrived late twice. Also after further inspections cleaning was not done as thorough as it could have been. I've left several messages with their voice mail but they are not very vigilant at returning calls.

When they first started coming to my home they were always punctual. Since then their arrival time has varied even though I prefer the morning. Recently, they missed an appointment due to car issues and didn't inform me until almost the end of the day. They offered a discount on the next cleaning which was a nice gesture. Unfortunately, that gesture was overshawdowed by them arriving on an unscheduled date and setting off my home alarm. This is not the first time I've had communication issues with them. The administrative portion of the business is clearly lacking. While the cleaning service is good, the communication issues may result in my cancelling the service.

This place scheduled with me to come to my home to retrieve a spare key and provide me with an estimate. On the morning they were supposed to come out, they called me about a half hour in advance of the scheduled time to tell me they can no longer come at that time. We rescheduled for the next day. No one showed up for the RESCHEDULED time either. Rose called me later that day and was not even aware that no one even showed up that second time.

At first glance the appearance was better, but closer inspection showed lack of detail. Soap scum on shower and tub fixtures. Toilet edges at the floor not addressed. Thoroughness could have been better.

I met with Rose for a consultation and we scheduled my first cleaning for yesterday. Gabriella was WONDERFUL. She was very personable, concerned about specific requests and the results when I returned from work were very pleasant. I have contracted to have Classic Touch come back in two weeks. I take a lot of pride in our home and I like to care for our things carefully. It is extremely important to feel confident with the person that you turn over that responsibility to. If the service remains at this level, we will be partners for quite a long time. Thanks to Angie's List for making it possible for me to contact this service! First of all, the company has changed hands and the new name is CLASSIC CLEANERS. They were on time, courteous, friendly and eager to please the client. They did a good job and I intend to use them again.

EXCELLENT! I LIKE THE DETAILED CLEANING IN THE KITCHEN, BATHROOM AND BEDROOMS. VERY CLEAN AND QUITE GOOD. I WILL NOT KEEP THEM IF THEY GIVE BAD SERVICE.

THEY DO A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME, THEY ARE HERE WHEN THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO BE HERE. THEY CLEAN VERY INTENTLY. THEY ARE VERY REASONABLY PRICED.

MY SERVICE WITH MARIA'S CLEANING HAS BEEN OUTSTANDING. I HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR A REAL LONG TIME. THE CREW THAT COMES IN IS A VERY SWEET AND HARD WORKING CREW. THEY DO A GREAT JOB ON MY HOME.

SHE DOES A GOOD JOB AND SHE IS ABLE TO COME IN WHEN I WANT HER TO. SHE DOESN'T TAKE THINGS FROM THE HOUSE. SHE IS LICENSED AND BONDED. SHE HAS BECOME ALMOST A PART OF THE FAMILY.
