The owner Ian was extremely helpful, and the price he provided for the windshield I received was more than generous! The installers he sent to replace my windshield, David and Travis, were highly professional and did an excellent job replacing my glass. I am, and was extremely happy with the service, and am reminded of that every time I go down the road. It was the best customer service I have had in a long time, which can be rare these days. They walk the walk when it comes to customer service. We were given thorough information about options and pricing. They came to DC to do the work. I spoke with Ian, the owner at 9 AM and by 3:00 that same afternoon, I had a new window, and they came to me! David, the gentleman who came to install the glass, even called me to let me know he was on the way. He was very personable and professional.  This review is to commend the excellent service I received at Champion Auto Glass. I Called yesterday and spoke to Ian about having my rear glass replaced on my 1989 Dodge pickup. After some initial confusion with regards to a coupon I purchased on Angie’s list, my issues were resolved and I scheduled to have the glass replaced the following day (today 1/11/17). I received a phone call this morning informing me as to the time frame the technician would be arriving at home and they arrived very promptly within the time frame and quickly got to work replacing the glass. I was very pleased with the workmanship and the courteous attitude of the repairmen. The removed all of the broken glass (even though I said not to worry) and placed the new glass very quickly. Needless to say, I am VERY PLEASED with the result and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a glass replacement and in fact I plan to used them again to replace another broken glass I have on my vehicle in the near future. Champion Glass is my new “go to” for auto glass replacements and I would recommend them to anyone I know needing their windshield or other auto glass replaced. A+ company

Great. They came to my house within a couple of days and replaced my windshield. During the process, the installer noted some issues with my previous windshield installation from Safelite, where shortcuts were taken. I was very happy with the professionalism and high quality work from a local business. I have already recommended Champion to my neighbors.

Excellent job, couldn't be happier, quality work with a quality product. No cheap Chinese glass, PPG glass used . The technician arrived on time and had the job was completed in around an hour.

I needed my windshield replaced as it had a smallish crack and didn't pass safety. These guys were able to come out super quick and replaced the whole dang thing, including the EZPASS and county stickers in no time. The glass looks super good and I couldn't be happier with their service and price.

I called Champion that morning and they came early afternoon, Of course, we were expecting some spring rain that day and I was unable to completely protect the car from the downpour. They came right to our driveway (on time) and fixed the problem. That was a big relief. The window was repaired taking around an hour. The repair was made before the expected rainfall arrived that evening. They also, did a good job of cleaning the broken glass up from both the inside of the car and the driveway area. The rear window was as good as new! Fall 2016 notation: About 6 months after the replacement of the rear window, the seal became loose and began to release the glass. I first noticed a thumping sound coming from the window when I closed the car door, After confirming the window was indeed loose, I called Champion to let them know about the problem. They again came the same day, and repaired the seal. They were surprised that the seal had broken, but made the repair free of charge. (9/29/2017 no problems since then),

This company is one of the best. They worked with my insurance company with no issues to get my windshield replaced. They had no problem getting original factory equipment that I requested. I highly recommend.

Excellent. I began communication via Angie's List and transitioned to phone. My windshield cracked during the snow storm this year and I obtained a quote directly through the companies website. While the quote was outdated, the owner ended up calling me back, setting up the appointment, honored the outdated quote, and even let me throw in the Angie's list special. It was raining the day of the install so they agreed to meet me at a secondary location where they could still perform the install out of the weather. The tech who came was very polite, handled the job professionally and cleaned up everything before he left. I mean, its a window install, not a house rebuild but I'm absolutely sure there are many things that could go wrong. I am VERY IMPRESSED with the entire process from A-Z. I will use them again and recommend to anyone needed a glass replacement.

I scheduled an appointment with Champion Auto Glass and they gave me all the information that I would need to do to get in touch with my insurance company and complete a claim. The insurance company gave all the information to Champion. It was nice to witness such a smooth process of communication. Champion was able to quickly reschedule my appointment when I realized that I had a conflict. Every person I spoke with or interacted with was very polite, communicative, informative and professional. They called the morning prior to the appointment and showed up on time. They performed the repair quickly and they were finished in a flash. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

David and Matt performed replacing windshield glass within 30 minutes. It was very efficient and quick. I was very impressed their professionalism. Thanks.

So earlier this week I tried stuffing a 10ft pvc pipe into my old hatch back. It fit, but I did a number on the windshield trying to force it in. Please don' t hold this against my intelligence level for the rest of the review. I gave champion a call based on the other reviews here, and a coupon I had. They went over 3 options of windshield for my car and and within 2-3 minutes I had a price and a 3 hour window for the next day (Saturday) at my house. I gave the insurance a call afterwards to confirm the price was below my deductible and there was no point in submitting a claim, but as it turns out my deductible was very low and a claim would cut the bill by more then half. Champion and my insurance got the work swapped over to an insurance claim. Champion even left me a message to say they would apply the coupon to the deductible. Was not expecting this and it cut my cost in half. So awesome. The called around 9am on Saturday and gave me a 1 hour window. They were here right on time, and took about 20 minutes to swap out the windshield. They swapped over my inspection sticker and a parking lot sticker for where I work. The even swapped over the old velcro I used to mount an EZ pass. The guys were professional, neat, and clean. I had them take a look at another car with a chip just to see if it was fixable. Will be scheduling the second car soon. The work looks great and my "don't be stupid" reminder is long gone.

It went great. The price was competitive with other vendors I called (lower in some cases). They contacted me to schedule the service, they came out when they said they would. The two gentlemen that replaced the windshield were professional and courteous. Windshield looks good. Good price, quality work, quick, easy, friendly - exactly what I look for.

After calling several glass repair providers, I selected Champion to complete the repair. I asked the owner, Ian, about several glass-related issues and he was happy to discuss them and provide recommendations. On the scheduled day of the repair, it was raining, so Ian promptly called and cancelled since the repair would not be done well if the windshield was wet. As promised, I was called at the beginning of the week to attempt to reschedule (it was not done the day of the cancellation due to my request - Ian was willing to reschedule immediately). The glass technician, Corey came to my home on-time and called prior to arrival to ensure that everything was ready. Corey could not be more pleasant or professional. The repair was quickly done and Corey informed me of the lifetime warranty on the repair. All-in-all, a fantastic experience and clearly Champion is a local business that deserves your attention if you need glass work completed.

The only problem we had was scheduling. They were scheduled to come on 12/29/2014 but didn't, but called later during the day to say that the parts they had for our truck were defective. They apologized and said they would be at our house early on 12/30/2014. They were. They were very polite, professional, and again apologetic for the cancellation the day before. They finished the job and went the extra mile by cleaning the interior of the truck in great detail. It looked great! I would use them again if I needed their services again.

They were great. They were able to save me money. From start to finish everything went very well. They were able to come on a Sunday to fit my schedule.
