BUTCH'S HOME IMPROVEMENTS LLC

mI had a teriible experience with Butch's Home improvement remodeling my master bathroom. The price I paid for the job was high concidering it was only for labor and a few materials. The majority of materials such as tile, vanity ,plumbing fixtures including faucets, tub, shower doors, vanity top, lighting fixtures, mirrors, toilet was all provided by me the customer. The general contractor constantly argued with me about everything I wanted done and tried to charge me for minor changes. The contractor made a mess of not only the bathroom but also my bedroom. Nothing was covered and there was dust and clutter left all over the place. I spend my time in the evenings cleaning up after the workers. My carpet in my closet and bedroom was ruined and will need to be replaced. It was only after I raised a stink about the dust did the dry wall guy cover my bedroom furniture with plastic. The intitial plumbing work was sloppy and was corrected only after I complained to the plumber. The general contractor was good about deflecting all my complaints to his subcontractors. THe electrical work was awful. No electrical boxes were installed for the lighting fixtures. The general contractor corrected the issue only after I threatened to turn him in to the county building inspector. The the paint job was ok but the baseboards were not painted. The shower door leaked and damage the floor and dry wall next to the tub which I had to repair myself because I didn't want Butch's home improvement back in my house. Over all happy with my new bathroom but I'm still working on it to fix or do what was not done. I won;t recommend Butch's Home Inprovement to do anything in my house. I'd rather do it myself. At least I would have done a professional and quality job. Butch's was mostly concerned about getting his money and not listening to his customers. Just because he tells you he's been doing this for 40 years doesn't mean he's been doing it right! Overall high price, and shoddy workmanship. If I hadn't been on top of this guy all the way, I can't even imagine how my bathroom would have turned out.

HE WAS OUTSTANDING. THEY DID A 1200 SQUARE FOOT BASEMENT AND DID THE CLEAN UP IN THE TIME PROMISED. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH HIS WORKMANSHIP. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE JOB.

HE WAS VERY EXCELLENT AND KEPT THE RATE AT THE PROMISED AMOUNT. HE CLEANED UP AFTER FINISHING THE JOB. I WAS VERY GLAD TO HAVE HIRED HIM, AND WILL USE HIM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.
