Brumarc Moving

This company started out fine. Then I noticed that they do not cover your furniture before removing from the house or loading it on the truck! I fought with them about a rip in my love seat. he swore that we had talked about that before the move. I told him (Charles) that he must have mistaken me for another client. I got an estimate from an upholstery shop to repair the love seat and all he wanted to do was argue over the quote. so we settled for half of what I still owed. He said all the paper and boxes were free, NOT TRUE! He charged me for extra paper! During our initial walk through he said that they would come and pick up the boxes and paper when we were done unpacking. He came alone and when he was almost finished, demanded that he get the rest of his money before he finished. I said, NO, How about you finish first then I will give you your check, I showed him the Certified check. All he wanted to do was argue with me! he said that if I did not pay him that he would drop all of what he loaded into his van off into my driveway and leave. I told him that's fine, you will not get your money! he then was complaining that it is common sense to have the boxes broken down and that I should have thrown away all of the paper! I handed him the check and told him to get off of my property!!! I shouldn't have paid him! What's more is that he was cussing at me with my wife standing behind me. I should have knocked his false teeth out of his mouth! I really hope no one ever uses this company! they will slide extra charges into the final bill and say that you have already discussed them. stay far far away from this company!!!

I was looking for a local moving company. I interviewed a bunch of different companies and I found Bruce at Brumarc knowledgeable and he assisted me in how the pricing should be set up. There are no hidden expenses. He gave me a set price per hour. I felt very good about his phone demeanor. They showed up when they said they would. They are very smart and efficient. They did exactly what they said they would do. I was very pleased. The pricing was better than any other company. He knows what he is doing and explains everything thoroughly. I have since referred them to six friends an co-workers. All of them have thanked me and had great experiences as well.
