Our system stopped cooling late Sunday evening during the first major heat wave of the season. Called Brennan's Monday morning and they were able to schedule a repair visit for the same day. Gari Darr came promptly that afternoon and determined that two components had failed ( contactor and capacitor). He noted that the system was getting old (approx 16 years) and that major replacement may be necessary in the near future. I opted to make the immediate repairs and monitor the system operation closely. I appreciate Gari's competent and rational advice and will look to have Brennan's provide a replacement system sometime in the future.

Both services went great but on the second repair their was some confusion with the level of warranty I had on each individual system. I paid the labor fee by phone to resolve the issue and the next day I went and found my warranty information and called. I spoke with the warranty specialist and the service supervisor in charge of my service call and resolved the issue. Both members of the Brennan's team provided great service, were extremely helpful and made the process simple. Overall it looks like the confusion was caused by a third party warranty company but it is nice to know Brennan's stands behind their work and treat customers as a valued asset not a nusiance. I will continue to buy my heating and air products from them as this was the best service experience I have had in a long time.

We obtained several quotes from Angie's A rated companies for specific Carrier models and Brennan's delivered the best price. The estimator arrived on time and was able to provide a printed proposal instead of a hand written one. The installation crew also arrived when scheduled and they were exceptional. The installation went very smoothly and the technicians were willing to answer all the questions we had and were very knowledgeable. They re-routed some of the copper lines to make the space around the furnace more accessible and did a very nice job with the new sheet metal between the coil and duct work. The re-installation of our Aprilaire humidifier was also nicely done. The outside replacement of the new electrical cut off switch box and condenser unit were also done well. We are pleased enough that we will be switching our HVAC maintenance from the company we used until this spring to Brennan's in the fall.

Very professional tech found a Freon leak, repaired the valve and got the system working again. He didn't waste time and wore shoe covers in the house. I waited to leave a review in the event there was more issues. Its been 5 months and still working great.

I've been using Brennan's for over 10 years. In my last house they kept my old HVAC working for years rather than trying to sell me a new system but they did tell me a new system would be far more efficient. In the end I did purchase a new system. My gas and electric bills dropped by half. I should done it earlier. I built a new home and has Brennan's install the entire system including doing all the permit work, installing new duct work and new equipment. I couldn't be happier with the work, the Brennan's crew. They were on time and always professional.

The workman came and immediately tried to sell me a new entire system when we had been having ZERO issues.

They come every Fall. I just have a lot of confidence in them; I feel confident when I use them, that whatever needs to be done will be done right. I use them all the time; I use them every year.

The focus was on AC as it was July and we had an inoperable system. We are happy with that. Even though we did not need a new furnace, we knew that our 15-20 year old unit would not last long. Our only requirement was to maintain heating capability because we were by and large happy. Little did we realize that our salesman neglected to highlight that we were giving up a 90% efficient system for an 80% efficient system. You should see my gas bill. Think about how warm this winter has been and my gas usage is double what it was for the same time period last year. I really feel like I was taken advantage of and Bennans laughed all the way to the bank. Our bad for being hyper focused on the AC and not realizing the Brennans pulled the ultimate bait and switch. Buyer beware.

I'm real happy with them. They're my people. Three guys came out for the install. They were prompt, professional. I keep using the company because they seem to know what they are doing, they're very responsive and a good product.

Excellent! These folks are true professionals! At each step along the way they were very knowledgeable and courteous, and thoroughly explained all options and associated costs. The installation guys were meticulous and left the place cleaner than before they began! I would use them again and recommend them to others in a heartbeat!

They are a big company in this area. They come out twice a year, unless I have problems. I have an annual maintenance contract. It cost me $129 for the filters, but the call itself was free, but not really free because, the contract is $300. They're responsive. If I don't call them for the spring or fall check-up, they'll call me. They are very good about that. The check-up is thorough, they aren't in and out in 15 minutes. It takes them about an hour or so. They check everything, and we have two systems upstairs and downstairs. We have two furnaces, and two air conditioning units. They are professional and punctual.

They are honest, timely and very neat always clean up after themselves. The work takes close to 45 minutes to complete.

We will continue to use their services.

I have a contract with them so every 6 months. I have a service contract with them so it doesn't cost anything because I have a contract. It's an A for the contract. I just renewed the contract this week. We've never had any major work done. They installed the system years ago and it's still working. It's just maintenance. They've never had to do anything really because it was a good product to begin with. They are excellent. They are very professional. They don't make any mess. They put things on their feet. They are very good. I am very happy.
