Description of Work: My 27 year old heat pump system finally gave up the ghost. Knowing this was going to be an expensive project, I used Angie's list to research HVAC companies and begin the process of getting quotes. As a widowed single mom, I am very cautious about these kinds of home repairs, and always anxious about being taken advantage of. But Brennan's immediately made me feel at ease, from the salesman who came to review my current system and provide the quote, to the two exceptionally pleasant and courteous young men who performed the installation. I can't recommend this company enough! Thank you Brennan's!

Description of Work: I had a new heat pump system installed. Everyone from the person who gave the estimate (Paul Harris), to the two gentlemen who installed the unit (Darren and partner R. whose name I can't read), to the receptionist at the office, were all so polite and helpful and informative. Darren even offered to put my bathroom door back on the hinges!! Now that's service above and beyond!! They arranged the financing (so easy and painless) and took care of the warranties. My unit is working well. I have no complaints and will be recommending them to all my friends and associates. Thank you all who served me!

Description of Work: Called for leaking AC unit on a Friday. Technician diagnosed problem as clogged drain pipe. Half an hour after leak became worse. Called a plumber. Plumber who investigated further and found 2 inches of water inside AC unit. Initial tech never opened the unit. Called Brennan's back to fix problem. Second technician was polite, thorough and apologetic. After an unpleasant conversation with service manager they finally agreed to reimburse for plumbing services and install water safety unit.

Description of Work: Tuesday morning, 8/11, I called for a service person to correct a serious leaking condensation problem with the air conditioning unit. The service person arrived ONE hour later! and corrected it in under one hour. He spoke to me about possible future problems because of the age and past history of the unit. |I was very satisfied with the service and the solution to the problem. |
