They are excellent.
Description of Work: We have been with Brennan's since 1992 for general maintenance for our HVAC System.They offer a competitive price.This years we had to replace the furnace and A/C Units, again their pricing was excellent.The service and installation was excellent by their employees. Tech was pleasant.
Description of Work: Heat went off. Technician examined..said hear exchanger was broken...wanted to replace entire system at cost of $8500!! We got Heat went out..tech examination said heat exchange was broken..said entire system needed replacement. $8500! Got 2nd opion..able to repair. Was a rusted clip involving gas valve. $100! 2nd option...took 90 minutes and a relaxed clip and the house is warm again!

Description of Work: Replaced entire HVAC system and installed a new hot water heater. This is the second HVAC system Brennan's has installed in my home. My first HVAC lasted exactly 11 years. It was a good mid-grade American Standard and I was hoping to get at least 15 yrs out of it - especially since I've always had it professionally maintained twice a year by Brennan's and never went a month with out changing my air filter. |My new system is a more expensive one from Carrier. I know that an HVAC system is only as good as it's installer, which is why I chose Brennan's. I was very disturbed when it began to blow my fuse box two weeks after it was installed. Turns out two wires of different voltages had been switched during the install. I can't help but wonder if anything else was done incorrectly that will damage the life of this HVAC. |I have always been very pleased with the bi-yearly service that I've received from Brennan's. They are very prompt and the techs are willing to explain in great detail the answer to any questions you may have. Very professional staff.
