Provided a inadequate quote.
Description of Work: A Brennan technician came to our home to inspect the A/C unit and performed a leak check. He indicated that he found a leak in the inside coil. Technician provided a quote to repair the coil for $2K or replace the complete system unit. However, he did not explain and/or describe the detail of the cost. I do not know if the $2K is just the coil or if it a total price which includes labor, gas and all the miscellaneous. There was not communication or explanation. I called the company representative (Joe) and explained the satiation and he said he need to talk with the technician (Adams) and he will call me back but I am still waiting. Since I have not been satisfied with their service, I called another company to double check the leak and they show me where is the leak that for my surprise the leak was outside in the heat pump. We checked to the Air Conditioner Air Handler and it is not a trace of a leak. The other issue is that the technician without permission work in my other unit and took out the zip ties that hold the insulation of the lines and the misplace the valve cover.
