Same day service call. Technician arrived during time projected; late Saturday afternoon. Quickly diagnosed problem, and replaced failed capacitor with "Turbo" capacitor on truck; this model can be adjusted to nearly any capacitance required - undoubtedly more costly than a capacitor exactly matching the fan motor, but a Do It Now truck cannot stock all models. From arrival to working in less than 30 minutes. Paid premium for weekend call for both materials and service call labor. Not sure I got the best price; but it was good and fast. Technical was professional and friendly.

April 2007 --I really liked the first service call where the technician assessed my needs (I originally was only going to replace the upper zone A/C and heating because the A/C under sized by the builder). However, technician determied the lower zone A/C was degrading. After 3 comparative cost estimates looking at different brands and SEER levels and considering rebates and various warranties I made a selection. In less than a week there were two installation teams working and the whole process was completed in only one day (finished mid-afternoon). The same technician returned to inspect and test the installation. Installation was very clean and workers mostly cleaned up after their work. Minor problems with clean up and return of attic access to original form was easily accomplished. They made arrangements for county inspections and the first round even dropped of a larger ladder for the inspector to use. When the inspector could not find all features he was looking for they came out again without charge and showed me the exact features the inspector needed and as a result the reinspection was less than 5 minutes. During a inspection visit in April 2008 the tech went the extra mile to investigate what I perceived as louder fan noise since the new A/C was installed. He determined builder had not properly lined some ducts for sound damping and with the improved air flow of the new unit there was more noise (very minor but noticeable).

They are so professional, I cannot say enough about them, the overall service of this company is great they really take care of us. Our contract is 195/ yr. They come out twice a year for check ups.

I called Brennan to ask for a maintenance visit and an estimate on installing a humidifier on our heating system, as we were having some serious dry air issues. The appointment was scheduled within a very reasonable time frame, and the rep. who came out was very knowledgeable, involving me in the inspection to show me what he was looking at and why it was important. (As an aside, I signed up for an annual maintenance contract, involving two visits per year; as that was separate from the current project, I have not included that cost here, but I was so impressed with the maintenance visit itself that I felt we'd found the right company for regular visits). I received a quote for the humidifier; just one model fit in our tiny space, and scheduled the installation for my next available work-at-home day. The installers were prompt, friendly, and efficient, and we have been very happy with our humidifier.

Called and was told they would charge weekend rate for service (which I think is reasonable). Technician came and found out problem was due to a tripped circuit breaker (which we embarrassingly neglected to check before we call). He reset the breaker and "tightened a wire at the outside unit" and charged us $221 which includes the $141 weekend service cost plus $80 for the "extra" half hour that he spent to do all that. It turned out that we had a faulty curcuit breaker that kept tripping. My husband spent $12 on a new breaker the next day, replaced the faulty one and solved the problem. We have an annual service contract with them, but will most definitely NOT renew it when it expires. Very disappointed at the dishonesty.

Everything was well done and I am very pleased with their service. I had a question and they were there for me. They came the next day to see if everything was working as it should. They were here when they were supposed to be and were very professional.

They did a good job of servicing my A/C units before the summer. They were very professional and friendly. I call them prior to summer and right before winter so that my furnace and my A/C work perfectly. They always get my units working great and they are honest.

We did have troubles after the work was done as there was water in the drain that should not have been. We did a service call and they were out the same day to fix it. We got good response in that when we made the original call, they were out that day to look and the new unit was installed the next day. This happened in July which made us think that it might take some time to get a service call but we were proven wrong. It was a great experience for this reason.

Brennan's came and quickly discovered the problem and fixed it. I also had a scheduling problem the day of the appointment and they were able to send the technician to lunch early so that I could come home in time to meet him. Great job all around.

When we first bought the house, the inspector told us the heat pump was on its last legs. I called Brennan's to ask about it, since their sticker was on the unit. The salesman who answered explained how the unit worked, that there were two major parts, and either or both could be replaced, and gave me an idea of prices, all without pressure. Since we'd just bought a house, we couldn't afford to replace it right away. When we did two years later, I called Brennan's, and they were still as informative and low pressure. We eventually had them replace both units. It ended up being done on the first truly hot day of the summer, but the workmen replaced it in the heat, without complaint.

It was wonderful. All of the different technicians were neat, friendly, and knowledgeable. They gave me detailed information that was accurate (we had had other companies look at the system, and they gave more information). Our new system was installed neatly, and works better than I could have imagined. We are thrilled.

The two workers were right on time and were here about 2 1/2 hours (they quoted 3). Everything was installed correctly and they cleaned up after they finished. When I inquired, they showed me how to use the unit.

Lower floor of our home was not heating. Turned to Angie's list for company to assist. Response was quick (next early morning). Problem was corrected. Heating is now fine.

DID A GOOD JOB BUT DID NOT GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE FOR THE WORK, WAS SUPRISED AT THE PRICE. FOUND THAT THE PRICE FOR THE PARTS WAS ACTUALLY A QUARTER FOR WHAT I WAS CHARGED; I.E. SENSOR $30.00 WAS CHARGED $160.00.

Upon turning on smell and carbon monoxide were present, so Kali turned off furnace and provided extensive detail about the furnace and our replacement/repair options. Provided recommendations and details about time line for doing work, options for efficiency, etc. Talked me out of service contract ($154) until new furnace in place. Impressive service and f/u.

The service technicians were very courteous and professional. They worked steadily all day on the project and cleaned up as they went along. They even had a final check list to be sure they did not miss anything. Excellent work, excellent product. New system works fantastic!

WE HAVE A YEARLY CONTRACT WITH THEM. THEY COME OUT PROBABLY ABOUT FOUR OR FIVE TIMES A YEAR TO SERVICE AND PROVIDE MAINTENANCE. THEY DO A REALLY GOOD JOB AND ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL.

I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE THIS COMPANY COMPLETED. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT IN DOING THIS EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS A LOT OF DAMAGE IN THE AREA FROM THE STORM. I'M ALREADY PLANNING TO HAVE THEM OUT AGAIN FOR WORK ON A DEHUMIDIFIER.

THEY COME OUT TO SERVICE MY AIR CONDITIONER ABOUT TWICE A YEAR. THE STAFF IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH MY AIR CONDITIONING UNIT.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, THEY WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE, POLITE, AND VERY FRIENDLY. MY HUSBAND WAS PLEASED WITH THEM. I HAVE A CONTRACT WITH THEM TO COME OUT TWICE A YEAR. SPRING AND FALL.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEEN VERY WONDERFUL. THEY COME OUT TWICE A YEAR. WE HAD AN EXPERIENCE WITH A BAD COMPANY BEFORE SO I KNOW BRENNANS IS GREAT.

THIS COMPANY CAME TO CHANGE THE FILTER. THEY WERE ON TIME AND I HAVEN'T HAD TO CHANGE THE FILTER ANY SINCE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY FRIENDS, FAMILY AND MY NEIGHBORS
