Description of Work: He first came out to install outdoor faucets. He was attentive to detail. He was very neat and clean. He noticed that I had my original hot water heater and asked me the age of the house. I told him seventeen years. I then asked him how long hot water heaters last and he said fifteen years. He was not trying to pressure me but left his card if I needed that work done. I later called him to install a new hot water heater. Their service is fantastic and I recommend their services highly.

Description of Work: We called them on a Tuesday and scheduled a morning (prior to 11:30) appointment on a Thursday. We were told it was "no problem" to have a morning visit as I work P/T and needed the morning appointment. On Thursday of the appointment I called them at 10:15 am to see if they would still be showing up, the receptionist told me they would be here in the afternoon-which I told her was unacceptable. She then informed me the manager set up the schedules, she had no control. I then cancelled the appointment-She was rude and told me to "have a nice day" in that sarcastic tone. I won't be calling them again.
