Description of Work: We suddenly had no water. I called early in the morning, and they were here in a couple of hours and discovered we needed a new well pump. They were here the rest of the day until the work was completed. We have used Baker's Plumbing, Heating and Electrical for 30 years.

+ 0 moreFrank Ware from Baker's came to my home to provide an estimate for a stand by generator. He seemed very knowledgeable and professional. He said that he was planning to complete the estimate by the end of the week because he would be out for two weeks after that. Well I never got the estimate. I waited the extra two week before calling, since I knew he was out. The woman that I spoke to said he was still out but would be back by the end of the week. I waited again. I called and was told that he was back and they would leave him a message. I still didn't hear back. I left two messages for him, none were returned. I also called his cell phone and left a message. So I wasted over a month waiting for the estimate that never came. I'm planning to sign a contract with another company but wish that I hadn't wasted a month waiting for Baker's, I could have had my generator by now.

+ 0 moreThey did a pretty good job, they kept it going and it lasted 20 something years and I'm sure they helped with that. They also repaired my stove once and it's working fine. There was nothing to dislike, I thought they were efficient and the repairs lasted. I'm sure they prolong the period of time for the dryer so we could use it longer. Every person who came out was extremely pleasant and accommodating. They are very reliable people.
