Aspen Air & Heat

Service was good. Price was fixed due to being covered under home warranty. Initial appointment was scheduled for 4 days after I called, but they managed to squeeze me in for same day service.

The technician showed up uninterested in the job asking if there was a problem or not. Before looking at the AC he claimed it was defective and installed wrong. Then said it was shorted, then decided it was the thermostat, and then decided he did not know what was wrong and left. He claimed he would call the warranty compnay to see what he could replace, so I asked what was broken that needed replaced and he said he was not sure what was wrong so he needed to see what he was allowed to replace when he didn't know what was wrong. He left without his payment thankfully. Avoid them if possible, I would give the technicians name but he never gave it to me nor did he leave a card. He also parked behind my vehicle in the driveway blocking the sidewalk and part of the road.

A/C quit working and problem was electrical coil bad in outside unit

The AC unit was leaking water because the drain pipe was clogged/tangled. To remedy the problem, they unclogged a small external drain pipe for $195!!! Doctors don't even make this kind of money and they save lives.
