Description of Work: They repaired our washing machine, which we thought was beyond repair. The man who performed the service was Sami. He called ten minutes before arriving to let me know he was on the way. He was polite, respectful, professional, and efficient. He diagnosed the problem and completely repaired the machine, including replacing broken parts, in 37 minutes. He did an excellent job and I will definitely use them again!

He was very friendly and competent, he explained the repair in great detail. He spent extra time and care in completing the repair. Will use again if ever needed and would definitely recommend this company for any appliance repair needs.

+ -1 moreMy washer would not spin. I contacted the home warranty folks, who scheduled this repair with Appliance Protection. Sami called within 24 hours and scheduled an appointment with me. He made a very nice accommodation to my schedule, and arrived promptly within the scheduled time. It took him less than 1/2 hour to diagnose and to fix the problem with my washer. He had all of the parts that he needed with him in his truck! And I was very relieved at that. (There is nothing worse than having a repairman come to your house, then tell you he has to order the parts, and you have to wait for another week or so until it comes in!) And since this washer is pretty old, I was wondering if he'd have the parts that were needed with him. He sure did! He was very courteous and professional, and I will definitely request his company from the warranty service if any of my other appliances need servicing! I give this company 5 stars all around! Thank you Sami!
