Ana called within minutes of me requesting a house cleaning service on Home Advisor. She was professional, sweet, and did a great job!

The ladies that came had an attitude with other contractors that were there. They said they cleaned the bathrooms and the other contractor messed them up again. However, dirty windows and dusy were found in bedrooms and kitchen, which they claimed to have cleaned. They had a poor atttitude and acted like I was inconveniencing them with my service. I will not use again or recommend to anyone.

They charged me $1 50 for the first time because they want to do deep cleaining. They come in a rush and do quick work and leave the house looking okay but not worth the money. Bread crumbs left on the kitchen counter, did not vacuum carpets everwhere obviously a quick run and when I talked to them about it they were rude especially to my young daughter.

Ana arrived with her sister and spent the better part of the day deep cleaning my home. They were very professional and did a marvelous job cleaning my home. I have retained Ana as my regular maid and highly recommend her to anyone interested in obtaining outstanding service. (edited 3/22/18) Ana and her sister worked well in the beginning, but then began slacking off. Ana is constantly on the phone, leaves early and began breaking things. I had to replace a toaster, a microwave (not sure about that one, but it broke right after they left), glass candle sticks and my son's head phones. I had to let them go. I have no problems with my new service. They cost less, stay longer and don't break anything.

Extremely friendly, accomodating and very responsive. I will hire them again soon and will recommend them too.

From my first contact with Ana, she has been professional, responsive and accommodating. She cleaned my house for the first time yesterday. I came home after a very long day at work, for a brief break before another meeting that evening, and walking into my newly-cleaned house just made my day . It looked great, and smelled so fresh. I loved the small but very nice touch of leaving the edge of my toilet paper folded into a cute little design. Yeah, I actually smiled at my toilet paper! I've hired Ana for regular service.

Ana was right on time and started working immediately, without stopping for 5 hrs!. She was fabulous. I still find little extra things she did.
