We had a great experience with Amperia Electrical and highly recommend them. Communicating with Amperia was very easy. Evelyn (who coordinates estimates and scheduling) was extremely responsive on Yelp and email, and quickly and patiently answered my questions regarding their services, cost, etc. Andres (master electrician) and Carlos (electrician) were both very efficient, skilled, and easy to work with. Since we had a number of miscellaneous electrical items to take care of in our basement and throughout our house, we hired both of them for 3.5 hours (about half a day) for a reasonable flat hourly rate plus the cost of materials, and they took care of just about everything on our to-do list -- definitely more than we had expected. They also noticed something that another electrician had not installed up to Code and fixed it. We appreciated that Evelyn had asked us for our to-do list in advance and they had tried to make sure necessary materials were on their truck to maximize efficiency. All in all, we had an excellent experience with Amperia and would definitely hire them again.
Description of Work: Various electrical items, including repairing exposed wires and other wiring issues; rewiring water heater; fixing and installing interior and exterior outlets; identifying and fixing live wires in basement.

Wonderful!!!
Description of Work: I called Amperia to have two ceiling fans and two chandeliers replaced in a home I recently purchased. The electrician was very knowledgeable and courteous. Moreover, my fans work and look great and the price was great too!

We are very surprised to see a negative review from this repeat customer and a bit disturbed by its inaccuracy. Mr. Imran [Member Name Removed] and his wife were so happy with Amperia's services that they called us three times to come out and perform electrical work, each time requesting and receiving a discount. The fourth time Mr. [Member Name Removed] called, he requested a 65% discount on a large basement electrical renovation. We were not able to offer Mr. [Member Name Removed] such a large discount due to the complexity of the job and cost of materials, despite his numerous requests to do so. Since Mr. [Member Name Removed] did not approve the estimate, work was not performed. We can only imagine that Mr. [Member Name Removed] was displeased with the fact that we were not able to accommodate his limited budget during our last visit and decided to vent his frustration by posting a misleading review of our company. While we regret that we were unable to satisfy Mr. [Member Name Removed]'s demands to significantly lower the cost of the project, we are proud to stand by our conviction to never compromise the quality of our services. Our prices are competitive and fair, and completely in line with the excellent service, superior workmanship, and high-grade materials our customers desire an deserve.
