Daniel was a concerned professional right from the start. His assessment and projections gave me so much confidence that I hired him above another person who was scheduled right after his visit. He was proactive in his all his actions, and the promised timeline was strictly adhered to. What impresses me is that despite tunneling underground to fix a broken water line, there was little disruption to the top layer of grass and plants in my front yard. His level of cleanliness during the process was remarkable and I cannot speak highly enough of the care he took of all phases of the project and how pleased I am that he left my home in better condition than before the work. Over the weekend, my main water line pipe burst. When I reached out to Dan from American Plumbing, he responded quickly and was able to inspect the issue right away. He thoroughly explained the procedure and outlined alternatives in case the initial plan didn?t work. Even after he left, I had additional questions about the type of copper he planned to use, and he responded promptly?on a Saturday night. On the day of the repair, the team arrived on time and completed the job in under three hours, restoring our water line in cold weather. They were professional and thorough and left everything clean. Dan got in touch within minutes of me putting the request into Angi, and he was at our house the next morning for a quick and professional estimate discussion. In the intervening time, Dan was very communicative and easy-going about scheduling. His team showed up right on time and executed the work quickly and exactly as described, despite several of inches of snow and a layer of ice on the roads. They were able to replace my water main pipe, which ran under my front yard, without digging up the sidewalk. Instead, they did a dig at each end, replaced the pipe, and replaced the dirt perfectly. You can barely tell that they were here. We were thrilled to get our water back on within a few hours of their arrival! Thank you to Dan, Dave, and the rest of the team for a great repair!

Dan responded promptly to my request and arrived the next day to estimate the project. The work was done the next day. Dave and Frankie were punctual, very efficient and professional. The water was shut off only for 3 hours and the the job was completed in 5-6 hours. they repaired the holes in the yard and in the concrete and cleaned up. Dan also offered the drywall repair. Excellent job!

Dan came out on Friday 04/19/24 which is the same day I made my inquiry. Talk about fast service. He provided me an estimate for both a repair and replacement to my exterior water line that was leaking. His quoting was much more reasonable than 2 other contractors I received estimates from. He assured me that he believes the leak is right at the house with the water problems I was having. American Plumbing came out Monday 04/22/24 to repair my leak and sure enough it was right at the house. The crew was very professional and polite and made sure they took care of my plants that were in the area to be dug up. Not only did they put my flower bed back in place but you canâ t tell I ever had work done. Thank you so much to American Plumbing for fixing my leak and working within my budget. I would highly recommend for your water line repair or replacement.

This was the only water line leak repair company that recommended a leak detection service before the repair. We had 1" black pipe that was only 23 years old so it was not time for a full replacement. Dan and his crew were great to work with and saved us a lot of money.

The water pipe from the outside meter to my townhouse started to leak. I received several estimates and American Plumbing was the cheapest. Also the other contractors planned to dig up the entire yard to install the new water line whereas American Plumbing dug just two holes outside.. This is a very professional organization that is among the best contractors I have hired. Dan handled the paperwork needed by our insurance company in a very responsive manner and answered all my questions. They provided a video on the work completed. I highly recommend this firm.

Daniel Parris is the owner of this company and came in person to quote this project in an hour after my inquiry. The quote included the replacement of the underground water pipe with a new copper pipeline. I prefer to work with family owned businesses vs. large companies who try to rip you off by overcharging and adding in the services you don't need. Dan changed my main water in valve and the water pressure reducing valve for FREE!! What a generous man! The projected time frame to complete the project was 6 hours but they finished in less than 4 hours. I strongly recommend contacting this company for a quote and using their services.
